More than any other figure coming out in the remainder of this year, I'm itching to see what the final production Big Chap looks like.
Have the previous HT alien (any of them) figures skyrocketed in value? I don't know if they have.

I still think this is a great figure and will be getting it. Accuracy isn't really something that bothers me unless its unbelievably bad and I see this as ALIEN so its fine with me.

To each their own. I find it funny people are suprised this alien isn't accurate ( not to say everyone complaining thought that ). None of the others have been from ht. I just want a poseable 1/6 alien from the first movie and when I look at this figure its enough for me.
I've sadly just had to sell my cinemaquette alien due to space problems and this although much smaller will be my ALIEN , at least until the pf.

More let down than surprised, I'd say.
While HT Aliens have always been a bit off, but for the AVPs, those for some reason are pretty close, even some of the early Predators weren't the best with body proportions and things. Many fans took the effort and thought poured into making the Predator 1 figure the best and most accurrate of all HT Predator figures, which I think they succeeded, as a sign that the ALIEN, having been put off for so long, would get an equal concern for detail and accurracy. There was a mass presumption even before the Predator prototype that they were saving the fan favorites for last to make them the best of all. You could argue the ALIEN is the best one they've ever done, even though it's not as accurrate as it could be.

I never expect too much , that way I can never really be dissapointed.
It would have been great if they would have made this super accurate but I didn't really expect it. They were making alot of figures accurate whilst the other alien figures were being made and still ignoring there accuracy so I did expect this. It just seems they don't really care about aliens for some reason.
I guess I'm just not as bothered as much as everyone else.
