I didn't say Hot Toys is "against" Alien fans...but they sure have not sculpted the Alien figures to the same "accuracy" standards that they've done with the Pred figures. Hell, look at the ALIENS figure. Absolutely NOTHING like the movie version.

And if you think it's tiresome...don't read the thread anymore. We're going to complain about the accuracy, that's all there is too it. Especially when you get some asshat coming on here saying that NOBODY should be complaining about it. Like this is the absolute best Alien figure ever created. Hot Toys would have you believe that. But, alot of us die hard Alien fans do not.

With that said, I'm getting it. I think the accuracy sucks, but it's still a cool figure.

Is it Giger's Alien...NOPE! But, it's a cool Alien-ish figure for sure.

Anyway... that's it for me, I don't want to argue over a toy...
It just sucks that every time I see this thread bumped I'm expecting new pictures, but all there is, is the same old "arguments"...

I'm not against complaining about figures problems... I've done it myself...
but what's the point of doing it over, and over, and over again if the figure has been released?
Why don't you guys write a letter, e-mail or post on Hot Toys Facebook?

I agree, it is tiresome to see the same people (myself included) saying the same things over and over. However, there are some who come in here with personal attacks and saying things like "it's the best alien figure ever made, so we're just bullies", and "we're too broke to afford the BIG CHAP," and that's why we're complaining about it.

Obviously, that's not the case.
I LOVE hot toys, and the artists that work there. I'm a loyal customer, who knows that HT usually goes above and beyond. So, it's a bit heart breaking seeing the final product knowing that we provided them with an abundance of reference material.

We "have" to keep repeating ourselves for those who think we're just being jerks. In this case we feel like other HT lines/ customers get more of HT's attention, and I'm sure many of us would like to know why.

If you take a look at what the "complainers" are saying....almost everyone said that they'd still buy the figure because it looks cool.
There's a difference between accurate and cool that some people don't seem to understand. IMO, that's what all the "fighting" is about.

Actually, the "complaining" had subsided quite a bit for a while. And, even after some pics were posted, some started talking about the inaccuracy thing again, but it wasn't bad. It's to be expected.

But, then you get a couple of tards coming on saying that anyone who complains is a "facist" or has no life or "waaaahhh, it makes me cry when people don't love this figure". Then yeah, you're going to get reactions to stuff like that.

I moved on a long time ago when it comes to this fig.
Was I a "hater" in the beginning...yep!

But, I've accepted it's inaccuracies and am still buying it.

I've got accurate pieces in my collection and I've got inaccurate pieces in my collection. So, accuracy isn't a "not gonna buy it" reason for me.

I will agree that it's a cool figure. And, if it can do that "ball" pose, then that's even cooler!
