Re: Need Motorbike for Hot toys T2 Terminator ?

I have a Barbie Fat Boy I just got last week that I am very happy with. I don't have a pic with Arnold on the bike, but Wolverine looks pretty sweet.

Here is a different view, I see what you are saying about the scale, in person it looks just right but in pics it seems a tad small. There are a lot of die-cast parts and the suspension works on the back end which make this bike even cooler.

Getting antsy waiting for my 1984 T1 Terminator. Decided to take some pics of Uncle Bob, sans glasses (since I don't think I've taken pics of him without them).

I may have my one issue with this sculpt but theres no doubt its Arnie. Every individual feature screams NnnnGGaaaahh I'm Arnie NNNgahhh!

Yeah, it's really grown on me. I'm sure you remember I ripped it and said it was neanderthal this, stressed out that, but I really love it.

Glad I got it when I did too. Now it goes for way too much.

The squashed face niggle is always there but, only because it is otherwise so close to perfection that it can be painful but whatayagonnado.

I just saw the Hot Toys '89 Batman thread. Did you get multiples of this guy too? Damn, I only got one. You're crazy man!

I've got two of this one, planning to have 4 T-800s overall but the parts haven't been made yet for the other 2 looks I want.

From HT, I've got 4 T-1000s (5 counting the frozen one I'm going to try), 2 T-800s and 2 Sarah Connors.

I'd buy multiples of Uncle Bob if Hot Toys supplied the goods.

I was thinking of another to have a grey shirt combo, but that's kind of ridiculous for the current price. There's always the exposed endo arm option too, but again, I don't think I could drop $190+ just to have a version of him without the jacket and exposed arm.

The only thin I hate is that I have more T-1000s than I do T-800. That will soon change when my 2 T1 T-800s I have on order arrive but that's still only 3 and 1 would be a different character "Uncle Bob".

I almost didn't build the extra T-1000s for the same reason, more of them than T-800, but, I love T2 and I wanted to see the looks of the T-1000, so I bit.

Not as nice as if HT specifically made stuff for the Cyberdyne look, but i have all the custom parts for it, bandolier, grenades, grenade launcher, mini gun and bag.

I'm the same way. I wanted to get another T-800 but I wouldn't spend the extra cash for such a slight difference. Then I didn't want to many T-1000's out numbering the T-800. Decided that one of each was enough. Although if they made a Cyberdyne or BD T-800 I would be down for one of each.

We're all a bit mental in our own ways. :D I've got 3 of this guy and one more coming with my 2 T1 T-800s. And I bought 3 T-1000s but ultimately made 5 figures out of that.

With this guy I've made Galleria-Pescadero T-800, Dyson's house arm reveal T-800 and Cyberdyne T-800. The fourth will hopefully be donating parts towards a SWAT shootout T-800 when the BD one comes out while his head will, for a while anyway, be going on a nude Dutch muscle body for the arrival scene.

I'll only regret not having a second if Hot Toys ever decides to sell regular gloved hands, a minigun, and a grenade launcher without a broken stock without a Regular body and head. That would obviously be Cyberdyne equipment. Only then would I spring to the idea of having another regular one.

Ideally I'd love 4 versions of Hot Toys T2 T-800,

- Regular with black shirt (which I own)

- Cyberdyne (hasn't been made, don't want custom accessories)

- Semi Battle Damaged (from Cyberdyne shootout to Steel Mill T-1000 fight)

- Full Battle Damage (no arm, exposed endo etc.)

I'd be happy with that.

Just unboxed my new recruit from a local shop at $163.
He's an amazing figure.

I just purchased 2 spare T2 T-800 sunglasses for $1.99 each, a spare gray t-shirt for $.99, and another box for $.99. I was always worried about breaking my T2 sunglasses so with 2 spares, I'm covered. The gray t-shirt will be for my The Terminator T-800 to make an inexpensive representation of the police shootout T-800.
The extra box was too cheap to pass up although I have no clue what I'm going to do with it.
