If they did a DX BD T-800, I could see them doing something, given the recent increase of diorama pieces being included with figures.

Where does one get those grenades? In a way I've gotten used to the smaller COOmodel ones but if theres a better option.....

they're from a company called soldier story you can find them sometimes loose on ebay. To me they look better since they're big like the movie all I have to do is just paint them to be one color.

Thanks to AARON for lettings us know of a grenade type, and thanks to toylion for helping me source these grenades, thanks to you both, I now have a Cyberdyne T-800 I like more than ever.

As I suspected, you can see here, properly scaled grenades to the T-800 figure need to be about 150% the size of 1/6 M79 grenades that are sold on the market, either they M79s aren't true 1/6 or the ones in the movie are not true M79s, or the figure is just way too huge

The only Terminator figure that could top this one for joy with me would be a Hot Toys full BD T-800, that'll be one of my most favorite figures ever, still keeping the faith.

That looks proper! not having complete faith that the ones I ordered are going to be that big I just ordered 10 of those. I hoped I'd have received the other ones today to confirm one way or another but alas no and now that you've posted about these grenades people will be after them and will likely buy 10 at a time. Thus, fearing they'd go out of stock quickly I ordered. not blaming you, quite understandable you wanted to post this really cool pic to set people right on what kind of grenades they should have on their T-800's bandoliers.

Tell you one thing though I won't be ordering from that site again. I've had to pay $32 shipping on them. Pretty ridiculous for some tiny 1/6 grenades.

I need to have more patience. 3 times recently I've ordered something only for something better and/or cheaper to show up the very next day.

The trouble with some of these things is, if they're rare, you hate to not get them and find out when it's too late, that it's what you need, better to get it and not need it and be able to sell it off of or something than to miss out because you hesitated. It worked out in the end, but for a long time, I regretted hesitating to buy the Saturday Toys biker set for my Sideshow T-800 and missed out on it, would still be regretting that if not for these HT figures.

That was my thinking behind each of the 3 recent orders only for then, literally the very next day.......frustrating. I need to stop. Its just not funny right now.

anyway this is it. I will definitely now have the best possible 1/6 Cyberdyne Showdown T-800 (taking the neca name for it). I've got these grenades due, the COOmodels mini-gun and bag in a bbts pile of loot and previously I ordered the HT Comedians M79 which looks a bit better than the COOmodels one to my eyes, at least the strap is. non-bd Cyberdyne T-800 done.

Maulfan, do you have a calliper? A 40mm grenade should be 6.6mm in 1/6 scale

You can clearly see in this video at 1:11 that the ammo he uses in the M79 is smaller than what is on his grenade belt

It does look smaller in that frame, but then if you continue, when they show him loading it from the front, it looks the same size as what's in the bandolier on him.

Regardless, a collectible can scale them right to his body, the Sideshow PF is a fine example, the ones he's wearing look right and the one he's loading is the same size and the launcher isn't oversized.

Those grenades look ridiculously large with that bandolier now. But I am sure you will mod that to make it all fi ally look right . I am still hoping HT will make this and make this right
