All you who wonna pass on this release greatly reduce the chances for future announcements of Alice from the previous movies.
So remember this when HT announce the withdrawal with releasing only Milla from the original RE (not a fact).

Such is life though, people shouldn't be forced to buy a figure of a movie they don't want on the off chance that it will get HT to build the others.

I do not blame people for not ordering this but I most definitely will be!

Yeah, this is a definite buy for me. I'm glad that we're definitely getting one figure of her rather than none at all. That being said, I am hoping they release a figure of her from the 2nd movie.

Honestly, this is the perfect release for me, because I personally like this costume the best out of all, although the 3rd one was really awesome.
We'll see about the 4th movie, I suppose.

3rd is probably my favorite, then 4 then 1 then 2.

Nemesis > any other antagonist in the RE franchise. Further, he didn't look that far removed from his videogame counterpart.

He was pretty close to the game version, just a little squattier since he was a guy in a suit and Nemesis is pretty inhumanly gigantic in the games. Also, Nemesis is the best.

I'm definitely in for this one although I would like to see minor changes to the likeness. The RE Alice from the first movie in her red dress is the one I really want though !

For me NEMESIS is tied with Wesker as my favorite RE villain. Other than being too short, his overall look was pretty good in the movie. What utterly killed RE: Apocalypse for me though was NEMESIS became the hero at the end. He was the most terrifying monster in the games and to see him save the day in the film really pissed my off.

The movies were never intended to follow the games, just be loosely inspired by them, so the whole character needs to be taken in stride. Nemesis turning at the end made sense given the "almost" relationship at the end of RE1. Plus, him turning on Umbrella gave the movie some more Nemesis badassery than it would've just having him get spanked by Alice.

And then RE3 flops because there's nobody worth financing to carry the flick. Milla's been the backing power since RE1. While game-biased RE fans might rejoice, there are plenty of fans who would've been disappointed.

Don't get me wrong, I think Milla is nice to look at and know that she is what carries this film franchise. Whether that is good or bad, well that's up to the individual to decide. I just like Jill Valentine a lot more.

Best post I have seen in awhile! Nam is right though, Milla is key to the current RE movie line. We have some friends who love the movies, but didn't know they were based off a game until I clarified.
