Really? I know the BB Batman goes for a pretty penny but I've seen quite a few TDK Batman figures go for pretty cheap since the DX came out.

how long has they been out and how much are they going for now a days?

has there been a better version of the Batman Begins out yet from HT? Sorry don't know much about the Batman stuff.

There are (going to be) three releases of the original suit.

1. Begins Suit
2. TDK Original (Begins) Suit
3. Begins Suit/Bruce Wayne 2011 Exclusive - this suit is the same as the TDK Original, just with more stuff

yeah its not cheap but if the DX never came out it would been more like $600+

Funny thing about the likeness is that when I went to see the movie, people were saying it was Tila Tequila. The face sculpt does look a little to round in the cheeks to be Jamie Chung but it still looks pretty nice. I've been waiting for this one so I'll drop the scratch for it.

Ugh no way...whoever thought amber was Tila Tequila needs to get their facts straight. That girl is such an annoying dirty wannabe w****. Jamie Chung seems much cleaner.

Aren't the VIP extras usually made into EX items for SSC? At least, I can't remember a HT VIP exclusive that didn't become an SSC EX.

I doubt I'd ever display her with helmet, so I guess it's not a great loss...unless somehow HT changes the specs and gives everyone a helmet?

For UK customers Forbiddenplanet has Amber up at £139.99.

I've ordered both Amber and Babydoll, as acording to my calculations i'll save about £14 combined, compared to SSC (Figure + Shipping + VAT + Fedex Charge) of £152

Forbidden Planet aren't fast as i recall, sometimes months later than others, but i just wanna save some cash right now

There's no exclusive item for Amber hunni. That circulating photo of the Amber's helmet is just fake. I have friend who always PO @ Toy Hunter and he said there's no ex item.

Changes are subtle but I think it looks so much better. He changed the size of the eyes, the bridge of the nose, made her face rounder and I think he widened the lips a bit.

Remember the whole Jack Sparrow "long telescope" debacle? How the long telescope was the TH VIP EX and people went ape____ and nutty around here until SSC announced publically on their page that all SSC orders would get this accessory as well?

With Comic-Con less than a week away they are understandably more focused on other things so I wouldn't be shocked if sometime during or after Con the same announcement was made. Now if you went elsewhere for the Amber PO....

Hello.. I'm the one who edited it and posted it to Hot Toys facebook page, under the name Ario Anindito.

I'm glad you think my edited version is better, and I hope HT crew see it and decided to revised Amber's headsculpt.
Jamie Chung is such a babe, and I certainly hope they do her justice.

Does Alter Ego also get the Jack telescope? I rather just go through AE for the Sucker Punch figures this time. Even with shipping, it ends up being less than Sideshow and I will actually get it shipped nicely rather than in the Hot Toys box alone.
