Hater's gonna hate what ever doesnt bother me at all. I love the figure understand some want thier original storm shadow styled ninja. I think we got 2 snake eye's option's one from sideshow and from hot toys. Sideshow should offer another storm shadow upgraded version. I would buy both snakes and storm shadows versions. I still think this one is pretty cool and very glad i get a chance to own him. Snakes and storm shadow are gonna rock a awesome set up I've been wanting for a long time. Cant wait gonna rock!

This figure is pure artwork. My love for it is subjective so yeah, let them haters hate all they want.

Sure the principal of the price gouge is there....and I could rant on that all day... but this figure will almost certainly find itself sold, the bulk of the time, for far less than retail.

I keep hearing the same thing over and over again with this guy; "Oh his outfit is dumb, ninjas don't wear this stuff" Can I just point out that Storm Shadow has never been the type of ninja that follows the code? Ninja code I mean. The guy is always wearing white! Totally non traditional ninja right there. He is a self absorbed s.o.b who thinks highly of himself and enjoys beating to his own drum. Just sayin. But the hair... yeah I really am face palming over that. Still..PRE-ORDERED! Whoop!

HT Snake Eyes goes for as little as $164.50 in Asia. Although I still ordered from SSC. After factoring in shipping & reward points, pricing was pretty similar. Nice price for those buying locally in Asia though I guess.

Ninja outfits come in different colors. They're no different to soldiers of different units. It depends on the surroundings they are deployed into. WHITE is worn during winter. I'm sure you didn't know that, because if you do, the movie posters of SS with a wintry background would make sense to you. Also, have you not seen the classic CAMOUFLAGE Storm Shadow? Just so you know that the guy didn't always wear pure white. Yes, son. Knowing is half the battle.

I think he was actually saying, it's pretty reasonable for storm shadow to be in white.

I don't actually care if this makes sense in GI Joe universe or not, I just
care about the extensive realistic detailing we get in a Hot Toys figure.
SS definitely scores high in that aspect.
