HT should pull an Enterbay RoboCop and advertise a Batmobile with "fixed" wheels. It'll then build and ship a toy to customers with wheels that can be unlocked and roll, like the '89 Batmobile.

I am sure rolling wheels is not the hold up. I would think HT's lawyers would check these things out before making a prototype and showing it. If they did not, then a stupid mistake.

It's not my sister, it's my sister in law. I'm not trying to confirm anything, just passing along the information that I received. It may be an issue of two things, or three, or maybe just the wheels. Who knows, but the rolling wheels are an issue, however serious, enough to hold up a project, I don't know. If you would like a better source, than you are welcome to start making phone calls.
