HT should pull an Enterbay RoboCop and advertise a Batmobile with "fixed" wheels. It'll then build and ship a toy to customers with wheels that can be unlocked and roll, like the '89 Batmobile.
No offense, but I need a better source than, "My sister works at Mattel".
Not saying you are lying or anything, but that's really confirms nothing even if true.
I am sure rolling wheels is not the hold up. I would think HT's lawyers would check these things out before making a prototype and showing it. If they did not, then a stupid mistake.
I'd be glad to...what's your sister in laws number? It's not my sister, it's my sister in law. I'm not trying to confirm anything, just passing along the information that I received. It may be an issue of two things, or three, or maybe just the wheels. Who knows, but the rolling wheels are an issue, however serious, enough to hold up a project, I don't know. If you would like a better source, than you are welcome to start making phone calls.
I'd be glad to...what's your sister in laws number?
I wouldn't try calling Howard...he doesn't answer. HTs is about figures, not customer service!
Lee, you're funny. I'm not giving out my siter in laws number. If you are telling me that you need to her it from her yourself, then you are SOL. Find an executive at Mattel that would be willing to take your call and do a little investigative research.
You mean...like the investigative research and hard hitting evidence you presented
If you call what I said critical and judgmental, you're a little sensitive my friend. I simply asked that you provide a documented source for your "information". What you offered was some scuttlebutt from a family member.Hey, I just passed along some information from an employee. If you want to be critical and judgemental, by all means, you are a winner.
