I'm curious to see what a HT Romero Joker would turn out like.

Julie interests me a **** ton more though. :lecture

she will be the most expensive figure............they will have to develop a new body for that nice round booty.............:wink1:

From the days when it was not a crime to look like a real woman. These days, it seems that the definition of beauty is to have knobbly shoulders, stark collar bones, countable ribs and knees like ski-jumps.

My wants:

I know the traditional "laughing/smiling" face is probably more wanted, but I always thought this would make for a killer figure:

Penguin's got to be showing those pearly whites:

...and I think a "cackling" Riddler would be fantastic:

Some of the choices may seem odd, but I'm just imagining a whole display, with those figures and Julie with that playful, yet sinister smile, standing around the dynamic duo.

No, not weird choices at all, good ones actually. Alternate HSs would be nice of course, but...you know...let's not get ahead of ourselves :) I am also a little wary of HT's toothy sculpts too, though I loved the DX08 and The Crow's HS...the Zod one is one that I am having to get used to a bit.

I am very excited to be getting these after so long.

Actually yeah - out of the Joker & Penguin.. I'd be more inclined to buy Penguin. That said - they'd ALL look great I' sure.

I wanted to do an onscreen 'Batman & Joker through the ages' cabinet; but I'm not realistically going to get West, Julie (if made) AND Joker.

I guess we'll see what they end up doing.

I forget mate, remind me, did you get the Nolan Cat version, because if you did, you easily extend that to a "Bat/Cat/Bird Through The Ages" display just as easily too.

:) I know...I'm a bad influence, so sue me :wink1:

Pre-ordered both from One Sixth Bruce. Now the waiting starts.

What would be great is if HT included a groovy cardboard backdrop with these, as they did with the DX11 (well, that one wasn't groovy, but you know what I mean). Imagine all the psychedelic colours they could use. And little cardboard cutouts with Pow! Bam! Zowee! on them. OK. Time for my medication.

That was actually an idea I was thinking about as I was watching the DVDs; print out high quality Backdrops, and, if we get the villains, kit bash some henchmen, and have giant "Pow," "Zap," "Bam," etc. decals to smack on the front of display cases. Hell, I may have something there...

All good. :lol

Nah - not interested in the Hathaway figure. I was mildly intrigued with the idea for a short time - as with the HT Bane, but there are too many things about the Ann figure I don't like. At this stage, the only Nolan series figure I'd consider would be a DX Begins Bale. :)

..but yeah - Julie & Michelle are high on my list. :rock

Nice photo spread of HT 1966 Batman from Figure King magazine in Japan. Not much different shots, but I like the one with the hood raised to reveal the engine! Also note the photo of Newmar as Catwoman (wishful thinking is that Newmar will be the version of CW if made, but more than likely just a random photo grab by the editor).

Just now saw these, Man, I'm blown away by these two figures.
I'm trying to have variety to my collection as I'm lacking space and dont want another batman figure, but I'm having a hard time from not pulling the trigger.
Another home run by Hot Toys.

Well.. I love exotic girls, but I never considered Eartha Kitt particularly attractive from the neck up. :lol

She's not exactly my type , but I think that she could be viewed as attractive in her youth . Suffice it to say, I'm sure there was something for everyone in those episodes.:lol This show had a tendency to showcase all of the women in Gotham.

Possibly. Normally, though, HT don't work around SSC's schedule, so, if it does, it'll be because they already planned on putting it out soon.

Yah, I've noticed that the HT stuff is just there on SSC site with no real announcements. These will be the first HT figures that I've ordered and the first 12" figures that I've picked up in almost 12 years. Just really looking forward to the Batmobile.
