1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 218/219-Batman(1966)-Batman and Robin 1/6th Scale Figures

Looks as though the release is creeping in earlier and earlier. Forbidden Planet had "in our warehouse by June 30th" a week or so ago. It now has "The suppliers have confirmed a current ship date to all retailers as 14 May 2014". So, I would think at warehouse in the UK for mid June. I am not sure whether I am overjoyed or terrified. Need to find that money fast.

These guys are my most anticipated figures (Zod a close third). Two sets on PO, one for display and the other to set aside for the '66 Batmobile. These are of massive nostalgic significance for me. Really hoping that the production pieces do not stray from the prototypes. Must start thinking about 3D printing a 1/6 shark.

The status of my figures on ssc says " shipping soon" . Um yea a little confused about that one because they're due out in April. Anyone else p/o status says this and could anyone provide some insight to this?

I'd love to get these figures in-hand soon but I hate that the Batmobile hasn't gone up for preorder yet. One if the big reasons I wanted the figures was so I could set them up with the car. Even if it goes up now it'll probably be next year before it ships. Would have been nice to at least get everything this year.

I would say a glitch. It's happened to me with other orders before. Mine are still 'processing'

I'm starting to think ( based on these release dates) that the figures WILL be released in HK sometime in April and SSC will get their shipment sometime in May.

Adam West = best Batman ever. Not too keen on Burt Ward but you can't have Batman without Robin so therefore I'll definitely be getting both of these. How much do you guys think the Batmobile will be?
