Kind of funny how I was just saying the Blake thread yesterday that things slowed down for the Nolan Batman figures after Bane, Joker 2.0, and Selina then the next day this is announced. Should have kept my mouth shut.

i think they made this new bale and batman due to people's response to dx12 and the 1/4 batman's sculpt being better. but they still made pers. BOO

a DX Begins Suit batman is long overdue w/ hopefully update cowl and new faceplates along with other things

it is but you just know it will have wonky ankles or pers to screw something up so we'll get version 2.0.

It'll be ridiculous for a few weeks, no doubt. But with all the crap in this set being broken down and auctioned off on ebay you'll get lucky. And if I don't find any at a decent price then meh. Seriously, there is absolutely nothing in this set to get excited about.

Exactly. Plus I have one of the chopped down faceplates from the BW sculpt that someone here did, so not too worried.

I passed on the DX12 for some stupid reason and have sorely regretted it. Thank you Hot Toys!

Bruce banner cost 189.99. Say both Bruce Wayne and Alfred are 189.99+ **** can't remember how much the dx12 was 259.99? That's 639.99 with out the bat armory. This thing might cost 700 bucks easy.

I think you're in the right ballpark. I'm expecting somewhere between $600 and $700. More than that, and I'm out.

I really do hope we see them soon, along with the Arkham figures, but, right now, I just am very impressed by what HT is offering here. It's probably the most ambitious thing they've ever done that wasn't a vehicle.

Let's be honest though, how many of us would really spend over that amount for this? Hot Toys are definitely not cheap items but I think they know that there is a limit to what people are realistically going to spend. Sure if they priced it above $700 there might be a few really hardcore collectors with a lot of money to toss around that would buy it but I'd have to think it would be few compared to their normal target market.
