lol I called SSC CS yesterday to cancel this order and apply the nrd to another existing order, the representative asked me 3 times if I was sure I wanted to cancel it and told me it was Sold out. I didn't say anything too her but I thought to myself wait it cant be sold out I just checked SSC website last night and it was available for pre-order. Anyhow I checked the website immediately after getting off the phone and sure enough it was still available for pre-order. I wonder why the customer service lady lied to me about that. They must be getting a lot of cancelations on this figure and were instructed to talk customers out of it by Saying its "sold out' when it isn't. She literally asked me 3 times and each time saying are you sure you want to cancel its sold out you wont be able to get.

What did you switch the NRD to, if I may ask? Also, is this the same thing as waiving the cancellation fees off of flex payments on a figure, or is it considered the same thing? I already used up that waiver so I'm not sure if I can transfer an NRD or not.

I just applied the NRD to my outstanding balance on DC Comics Superman PFX. In response to your other question, i am not sure if waiving the cancelation fees is the same as NRD transfer or refund. Its possible SSC classifies the refund of NRD and waiving of the Cancellation fees similarly- best to ask them

I'm gonna chat with them on the Monday and find out, but I think my flex payments already started so that might be an issue.

Are you allowed to change your NRD to another order many times, or just once?

As for the Flex play penalties, I knew about that since September, since I had canceled a few orders and they told me I wouldn't get a penalty even though the website said so. I remember it seemed nobody believed me on here when I said they stopped doing that. lol

That is what I wasn't sure about. Like you had done, cancelling an item that you have on flex payment without paying the cancellation fee is a 1 time waiver, and I've used that already. I heard the policies changed on the NRD so I wasn't sure if that counts as the same thing as the flex payment fee waiver or if it's something else.

No flex payment cancellation penalties anymore?

Having preordered this from BBTS, it's gonna be a sad day when that $624.99 plus shipping comes out. Not to mention other figures arriving around the same time..
