Well, there are 3 options. You buy all 3 figures with the armory, you buy Alfred with the Armory, or Batman with the armory. I think you can also buy Bruce Wayne with the armory. So you can buy the individual figures, but they all come with the armory.

Oddly enough they don't offer a set with just Bruce + Armory.

I'm aiming at getting the 3 set and just selling off the suit that's included within the Armory since I already own the DX12.

So I'm having a hard time telling because of the lighting, but does the bat suit the same color scheme as the DX02? In some pictures it looks to have the grey on the breast plates, but I'm having trouble seeing.
