I bought the art book of the winter soldier
there is an interesting fact in that book that may interest you guys.*
The technology applied to make that metal arm is slightly beyond what tony stark can do up at this moment..
Seems like hydra is one step ahead!!
Fitting. The Nazi scientists were really far ahead on many things during WW2. We had to steal them for our own country.
And within the film, Howard states that he is the best and their technology is way ahead of what he knows.
After seeing the movie a couple more times I'm on the fence on this guy. I feel like the hair sculpt makes it look to fake or something. I'm also not that into WS as a villain or character and feel like this would be a $200+ accessory for one of my many Cap figures to punch.

I'm kind of wishing they would have went with rooted hair, since they did it with their Tonto figure. I agree the hair sculpt does look a bit toyish but the overall figure is so badarse that I can overlook that little nitpick.
I feel like Winter Soldier is one of the MCU's best baddies to date. (on the big screen) I liked how ruthless he was whether it was unloading clip after clip on the bridge scene or tossing Widow like a rag doll or even going toe to toe with Cap. I think compared to say Loki or even Red Skull, Winter Soldier kicked butt and said very little. Most of the other MCU villains talk tough but have their lackeys or alien army do the rough stuff.
Solid figure.
Totally agree, I loved the character.... especially in his fight scenes with cap(using his shield) and the helicarrier deck scene, totally ruthless.. Sebastian Stan owned the role and I hope to see him again in Cap 3
