The tiny buttons on the vest. The glue is weak and will fall of easily(HT gives extras).It happened when I was switching heads. The hair trick is done with a blow dryer to heat and reshape. I always use boiling water though.

Is it safe to do this with the magnetic head as well?

I dont think hot water would demagnatize a magnet but a hair dryer woks just as well. After it it heated and shaped immediately run it under cold water to hold it in place. I had to do this with a lot of my old DCUC figures that would come with warped limbs.

I gave a battle damaged look to one of the cheap metal shields that I have (the other one is waiting for stealth Cap) and took a couple of pics of WS with it...

I really need to learn how to make that shield.... I have an old electroplated shield, has really minor chips on it, should I do it to that one? Or does that still have potential for resale and I should order a cheap diecast?

Mine came like that. Weak glue most likely. Check the actual head; the magnet for the hair is probably right on top of the one that's glued to the head. I got some tweezers, pried it off, then glued it back to the hair. Not a big issue.

How do you get the grenades into the M4? And for the disc launcher, I was able to take the disc out but I forgot how deep it slides into the gun. Does the disc go all the way to the end or only to a certain distance?

Just slide the tube forward on the M4 to open it up and then put the grenade in. As for the other launcher, I pushed mine all the way to the back.

Only one grenade fits in like such, right? Both don't fit in the barrel?

This is as far as I got it, it's kid of not moving now. Is this like yours? (tweezers are just holding it upright)

LOL some people have painted flesh color over the black because they didn't like it. Personal preference I suppose.

If it did wash away some, it doesn't look like much. I think it still looks good. I would keep it and not worry about it.
