It's funny how all my initial enthusiasm for this - having missed the first version - simply drained away. No pictures at the moment are able to get me back into buying mode.

I wouldn't say that just yet.

Definitely top 5 on the wishlist, did not understand the fuss with the first iteration but throw in a backdrop and it somehow makes this version more desirable.

I think the mask looks better in Hartmann's photos than in previous ones. It doesn't look too bright and it does look a little beat up, you can see the scratches.

I really would like to get this, someday. The repaint looks great and the tailoring is awesome, and, as someone who didn't have the OG Bank robber, this becomes even more enticing. However, the very idea of it lowers my enthusiasm. The laziness is one thing, but Sideshow'd ridiculous mark-up is the biggest disgrace. I would never pay that much for this figure. I'd even have a rough time at $240, but it's just shameful.

If you've got it and want to spend it, I'm happy for you. I'm just not comfortable spending that much on a figure that's 90% retools from one that came out 5 years ago, with no real improvements, to speak of.

Mask looks better in those pics. The pic of the Joker's face on the inside box was a bad idea. The unmasked head doesn't compare well.
