$200 isn't even a lot for the single Batman if you use a Sideshow monthly coupon imo. It'll either sell out places fast or be like the Police Shootout T-800 (or yeah, Marty) where it just sits and sits and you get measly discounts.

What was the DX 09? $230, $240? The price for the single Returns is actually one of the good things about this.

Yeah, $209 is not bad at all, and I have some reward points too, but I wasn't planing to get this guy, and I'm tempted to get Batfleck and Deadpool also, so if I wait a while for this one I might. I'm interested in the SS EX Batfleck with the rifle.

if you do get from timcent, he is an extremely reliable seller. i got my 89 bats from him as soon as it came out and it came with a batman 89 hot toys bag that was made for the first buyers of the figure.

There's also Popcultcha if Spook craps out. It's still the Returns suit so I'll fold like a mark but I plan on waiting and saving a good chunk of change. I'm not paying full price for this.

I totally regret not having this on pre order, can anyone upload how the capes drape ? The cape looks better than dx09 but im not sure how the capes drape

Probably about two months if you ordered from Sideshow. You can pay more on eBay if you have to have it now.

If you're going to cave, wait for a sale.

I'm fine waiting for sideshow... I got him for 196 so I can't complain.

People probably don't care about it, but I love that snow covered (or cocaine covered as Yankee put it) base. The raised, sculpted Batsymbol is so cool.

I hated the comic booky inverted logo on the DX 09 and DX 08 bases, this Returns one is much classier. Really dig it. They should have done the same thing for the 89' figures but with the classic movie symbol decked out in glossy black and gold plating accents.

I agree that the 89 base should have been nicer, but this one doesn't do much for me. It's better in the sense that it goes with the film and the marketing posters, but to me, the real selling point and thing that's tempting me to get this figure is the cowl. I don't know why, but there's something about the Returns cowl that looks so nice. I'm not even a huge fan of BR, but that cowl

I'm still waiting for someone to recreate this pic with the figure.

Something about it...it just looks really sharp.

It's the way the light hits it and the sharp, almost flawless sculpting.

Out of the 9 Batman film cowls, I think the Returns one is the best looking. Like all the cowls it's obviously rubber, but it just looks like that thing could stop a bullet or something. The dude that sculpted and designed it did a great job. It almost looks too perfect when you compare it to the gritty look of the '89 cowl. They knew just how to light it too. I'll give Hot Toys credit, they did a good job replicating the cowl's curves and edges in 1/6, it's pretty flawless.

I always wanted this Toynami 1:1 cowl, but it was too rich for my blood.

I'm gonna need an extra base for Mime Joker and maybe another cape for DX09. Seriously thinking about dumping my rewards on this and taking a break. Got HT Obi-Wan and Luke for Christmas so SW is covered for me.

That's a pretty sweet piece. I'm not really into 1:1 props, but it looks very accurate. WB should get the guy who designed and sculpted the Returns cowl to work on the new films. I like the Batffleck version, but that cowl reminds me of the 89 version in that it lacks sharpness. A sharp cowl like that in dark blue, with a grey suit and classic yellow emblem would be the most epic Batman costume I can think of. Do you think NECA might be able to recreate that cowl on a 7' inch scale figure?

I'm looking forward to seeing people put the Returns head on the '89 body. That might be cool. The textures might clash though.
