Not the same case though since that was a Captain America movie. Not saying we won't get her new costume but the first one they push out will be her civvie outfit. I doubt we will get the new costume though given its context in the movie.

I usually stay away from civilian clothing as well unless it's just a part of the character in general. Like, i'd happily get a casual Tony since he's always in casual clothing in both the comics and the movies, same with Steve. As long as they kick ass, i'd happily get it but I know Wanda gets an official Avengers costume so i'll wait for that.

It could also be they just don't sculpt it all at once (speaking of the hair). Most people do it in stages. So it could stil be sculpted. But, yes, could be rooted.

The Olsen sculpt is looking really solid...I'm not surprised we're going for rooted hair here. For Scarlet Witch, yes, rooted hair because of the length. AOU Black Widow? Nah, that should have been sculpted.

No one's saying anything about what is likely a new Arnold in the front? Nothing?

Well the Arnold doesn't really belong here. And it's been brought up.

As for the aou black widow...once they had a rooted head they wouldn't make a sculpted. It's a reused WS head. No way they add all that extra sculpting and cost for no reason.
