Has it been confirmed that Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will be produced? Actually I wonder if the figure rights are in dispute or maybe there are some spoilers holding things up.

They're confirmed. Hard to believe Hot Toys won't do every single character from this movie. No idea when they'll be popping up but they have been announcing figures from this line non-stop so we'll eventually see the Twins. Probably some time after the movie is released.

Relax, people. The twins will be the only figures with original headsculpts (I'm not entirely convinced Hawkeye's and the Hulk's are brand new). It'll take some time.

I don't think there are any character rights issues... at least not with Scarlet Witch since hasbro released a crappy 3 3/4" figure of her for the film.

They haven't done a Quicksilver though so hopefully they can still end up making him.

So Joss confirmed that Wanda is getting an official Avengers costume by the end of the film.

That's probably why we haven't seen her or Quicksilver's toys yet.

I have a feeling it will be just like the Guardians ending. But it'd still be nice to see what it will look like.

But I noticed that Joss only mentioned Wanda so I hope that the rumors about Pietro aren't true...

do you think HT will double dip with two versions of her from the movie? Or give us the black dress this time and her official suit for Cap 3?

Hard to know. Could be why they are waiting to reveal is they are making just the uniformed costume.

But I am not sure they will do two versions of the figure given how many figures this movie is already getting. And with civil war figures probably just 6-10 months out...

I think HT will definitely make the black dress version this time around and save her other costume for the Cap 3 version. They are going to take the opportunity to make two figures over one.

She isn't big enough of a name to make two figures for one movie.
