I think HT will release her as a 2-Pack with Quicksilver with barely any accessories.

Oh Lord I hope not. I don't want QS and I would hate to have to buy the figure separate and without a box.

I would guess each would come as a single too. Like Strike Cap, Groot and Rocket, Stormtroopers..etc.
