Agree but I somehow feel v2 is coming with Driver sculpt.

Have to? Why? That guys face is not all that impressive that I would need to see it. Plus if its on display I'd rather show the mask. I cant think of anything they could add that would make a v2 really worth more money or space?

Impressive? That has nothing to do with this figure basically being incomplete.

Even Rey comes with both her masked and unmasked sculpts.

I have no interest in displaying him without the mask. The mask is actually the coolest thing about him as the rest of the costume is just plain.

Yeah, as much as I'd like to have the option, in the end I'd probably only want to display this with the mask on anyway.

thats how I feel. But im sure there will a Deluxe Version of Kylo with Driver's headsculpt. I dont think it was a misstep at all. They didn't want to reveal who Kylo was, they wanted us guessing. Some even thought it was Luke under the black robe and helmet which i thought was crazy. no idea how that got started.

I suspect they didn't know his face would be revealed when they were producing the figure. HT has to go on early stuff released by the studio marketing team. I'm sure that's the only reason "the Mandarin" got a figure, for example.

The Iron Man analogy doesn't change my mind because like with an Iron Man figure, I would never display it with a human face. I go for those iconic looks.

If for some reason I really super duper need a driver sculpt version that comes out later, I will sell this one for minimal lost profit and buy the new one.

yes exactly. They probably didn't know either. His face was kept secret on purpose. But they needed to release toys and they weren't going to spoil it by hiding the headsculpt or something. I think its great it was kept secret. Kept fans guessing. This wasn't a mistake or a misstep. it was 100% on purpose. Disney knows what its doing
