Looking much better already! Cut the stitching on one side of the hood and played around with the material without any water treatment!

Dumb question... when doing the water treatment did you remove the belt? Or just drench the top and bottom?

You don't have to take the clothes off to get the same effect as everyone else, but maybe the belt so it hangs more naturally. Belt is easy it just snaps at the back.

Should be both. Velcro opens it but it's snapped to the outer cloak.

I didn't use the snaps when I replaced the belt - they restrict the positioning. I just used the velcro.

They're not easy to find, I kinda just had to take a guess! Felt like I was cutting into the fabric but there's no holes. The stitching is so tight to the fabric it's hard to see clearly where to cut.

I used my jewlery magnifier...very obvious then, indispensable to a freak.

Weird. I thought finding the threads to cut a rather obvious and simple thing.

Couldn't see from that photo above but found the same one from the SW site. If I understand correctly it's the avonos costume prototype.

I don't know much about avonos but I think the idea is they do replica costumes, so it should be accurate. Definitely doesn't seem right how HT has it.

Kylo's outfit IS cut in back, always was in the film.... never was on the figure.

So what's the question here?
