I don't remember the 'scorpion' bit, but I was watching it at 2AM.

And Weyland was clutching the pred gun pretty tightly for many of those scenes, so not sure about that either.

I guess I might have to check the bonus features for deleted scenes or something.

I think that was when they arrived in the sacrificial chamber...the 'hugger fell from above. It's a cool scene.

EDIT: After thinking about it I believe there is another scene where Celtic directs Chopper and Scar in different directions after they find the Plasmacasters gone at the sarcophagus. It's brief but there.

Actually watch closely On AVPR when the "Ancient pred " uses his bomb gauntlet, it's the same design as Wolf's & not the original AVP bomb gauntlet. I'm not sure of what armor he has on but it does make me wonder.....

Well I've already pointed out that they re-used the Celtic Preds necklace for Wolf (just painted the skulls a weird orange/green). So I'm sure they re-used the gauntlet as well. I still think the AVP/AVP:R suits were cheap as hell.

actually the pred that died in the crash was the 'asia pred' also seen in avp for a few seconds as part of a flashback...they already made a figure of this pred

There seem to be a few differences; he's got an AVP-R style shoulder cannon, for example (which Wolf pinches) and IIRC has full-torso armour rather than the half-torso armour of the Ancients in AVP.

It's probably not enough difference for HT to justify a release, if they want to keep the bar where it's been set by the Lost Predator.

What about the scene where Scar pops the inner jaw out of the dead alien and makes Lex jump, that's a new scene I think.

yeah the redirection scene is also there...I think there is also some more backstory scenes to Lex and a scene where one guy tells the scottish guy to get out of the ice cruiser while still on the ship

Just got mine! Yeah,the box is a b!#ch to put back together. The chestburster is kinda cool but smaller than I thought it would be. I might be selling the Wolf though because I already have one, just needed the burster. :chew

Does anyone know why SSC all of a sudden decided to ship UPS instead of FedEx?? I've never gotten anything from them UPS before. I've had way to may thing jacked up coming through UPS and late too.
