My cleaner has glass parts, his wrist just snapped off too. I swear that I haven't even tried to pose him or anything. Mine is just ^^^^ed up.

whew! opened them up and moved s##t around and everything seems fine. I'll see what happens when I put one of them together. that packaging is a pain but it's growing on me. I kinda like it. sorry to hear you suck Elder, oops I mean your Wolf. looks like we're both having issues.

Yeah, glad to hear that bout yours bro. I still can't believe that mine is so ^^^^^*** up. I mean, come on.

Here's a list of problems:
-Broken ball joint for wrist(right)
-Broken Ball joint for ankle(right)
-Shuriken unglued, the one tied on, came untied I guess(Came like that in the box.)
-unglued straps

And the worst part is, he's not even 1 day old yet.
I barely touched the guy too, I opened and built him last night at 18:30 went to bed an 0:00, but haven't touched him since 19:00(that's when he went to th detolf) woke up at 6:00 went to school till 15:00 and he started breaking sometime while I was at school.

Mom is at work, dad is drinking, too drunk to do ^^^^, and no siblings. I blame the little cats I share a room with. I think they have learned how to open detolfs.

Sometimes in these factories they have ones that don't meet inspection but still ends up going out by mistake because someone puts it back "in the pile" sorta speak. Hopefully they'll sort it all out for you. I hate getting broken things, even knowing that it will be replaced. It's so disappointing!

yeah , I have had a broken wolf too. His arm came ^^^^ed up and one of the cannons was broke a little. Its very disappointing waiting for something for so long and paying so much only to have it arrive broken !.
