Ah I was assuming it was $200, because thats how much people are asking for it on Ebay.

1st batches are always the most expensive. In about a month or two when the second batch come out and SS imports it you should be able to get it for around $160.

hi im new here...
im not sure about you, but im actually looking forward to the 2nd batch this time because i feel that the QC for the 1st seems to be quite bad. If u can see carefully, i think that the 'gold' part of IM's thigh (the one jutting out) is imbalanced. I feel that the left thigh guard is more rounded to the left. Its the mould problem i think because i checked out at least 10 boxes and all have the same problem. Besides that the paintwork and finishing is bad. I could see the 'cutting parts', like when u take a pair of scissors n cut a model. Its quite obvious around the upper part of the gauntlet, and the paintwork around there too ( where the gauntlet[red] meets d arm[gold]. Im actually taking a risk here. Hopefully the QC for 2nd batch will be better. What you think?

I honestly think that things wont change. You will see fixes with the calf armor, but that's about it. There will be no mold changes. It costs way too much to go back and produce a new one. There may be better part fitment. As for the paint, I think it will be a case by case basis. Mine is near perfect, there is a very small nick on my left leg...nearly unnoticeable. Don't buy into the wave 2 hype...usually that's all it is...hype. Bottom line is that if you want to take a chance and wait, go for it, but don't expect an epiphany.

I think im gonna stick with the wave 2...no rush.But do you see the imbalance in the calf armor? or maybe its just me. Is it true that all first batches are always the most expensive? Sorry... im new here so dont know how to 'quote' but Dally said this afew post above mine. I mean in the context of when both waves have arrived. Would the wave 1 be priced higher than the wave 2? Just curious.

Sorry, what I meant was that when the first wave comes out it is always expensive until the second batch comes out. When the second batch comes out they are both valued the exact same. When one of these figures first releases it fetches almost $250 on Ebay, but by the time the second and third batches release it is down to $175. Since SS is importing the second batch the value will probably be around the average of $175 next month.

If you want to sell for a higher price now would be the time.

Well I pre-ordered mine back in August from a Sideshow shipment, so I have to wait on the second batch in March. In a way though that will be nice because the issue of the leg flaps will be fixed. I don't know if any other QC issues will be fixed though.

The leg flap on one of the legs won't open as high as the other. Apparently the people in the factory were attaching the peg upside down.
