Took a drive up to Toys2 today, picked this up..last one he had until the next shipment..will be taking pics later, i seriously hope this figure is not a nightmare to put together..Eric said that he is getting Marcus Wright in about 2 weeks or so, with second shipment coming mid October, definitely getting that one.

On a side note, had the Goemon figure in hand..almost cracked on that one..very nice looking figure.

I received mines today too. Figure is awesome and the sculpt is on point. And yes the straps and velcro feel to have gotten cheaper. It was a b***h to get evrything on him. Either than that, very good buy. Now waiting for the T-600 Exc. from Sideshow in a couple of weeks .

Yes, there are subtleties to the paint job that don't necessarily translate in photos. I find at times, the dirt on his face, because of where it is, can be mistaken for just natural shadows.

Having it in hand, I'd say 3 things throw off the Bale likenes, lip shape, thickness of the bridge of his nose, and the color of his beard is a bit too dark looking, othewise it turned out really well. I noticed taking some photos, angles where I couldn't see the beard much, the rest looked very Bale, I think it throws your perception a bit to see facial hair a darkness you're not used to seeing the real guy with. Hair has a nice effect to, trying to simulate transparency.

Other than the pouches with the cheap velcro, I love the figure.

Ok was going to return it for V.2 but I'd rather have the leather jacket. So after far too long cutting, gluing, and generally decreasing the resale value, I have something I'm content with but not thrilled. Looks great but if you touch it, it will fall apart. Grr.

Trying to pose him with this gun, I can't help feeling when I get the v2 and have the right gun for this outfit, it'll work better, and the v2 costume should allow him to hold this one just fine.
