Finally we have some bright weather so I managed to get a couple of pics in a neutral light. I think that the transluscent tinted plastic Hot Toys uses now does not come out well with flash photography... kind of like me!!!

As awesome as this figure looks... it is absolutely worthless to me at any less than a 1:1 scale.

that looks pretty damn good. I'd probably be satisfied with that and the proportions look fine. If hot toys want to improve though, then that's fine by me. also, that profile shot is quite amazing.

I'm really curious to see the new head.

Judging by the page layout and Japanese text it looks like a scan from a hobby magazine like Dengeki Hobby or Hobby Japan.

I want my John Connor already. I hate this delay, but if it means a better product, then by all means.

but yes, it does look like he just popped one and either wasn't expecting it or it's his first time.

What pointless and unnecessary comments. Childish language and toilet humour. It's cool if you are not pleased with the figure - you are entitled to your say - but at least say it like an adult.

I personally think the figure looks great - yes the head could benefit from improvement and certainly dosen't match the orginal proto pics - but from what I have seen I feel it is very good.

Go ahead and look at the different smiley icons to the right of your reply box. Now, sure, not toilet humor, but I can't seem to find, amongst the dancing wookie, a monkey with a banana shoved in its mouth, a smiley face bashing itself in the head with a hammer, anything resembling maturity.

On that note, if collecting figures of all scales is just as much tied to an appreciation for whatever they homage as much as bringing out the inner child, then why can't an occasional poop and erection joke be part of that too.

And also, it's an honest description. He does kind of look like he's surprised to have popped one.
