Damnit, there was so much cool stuff announced before and for SDCC, and now there is nothing. Im having new HT figure announcement withdrawal symptoms.

Hahahaha. Oh man you just made me realize how much awesome stuff I was looking forward to from HT the past few years and that we'll never see these made is making me sad. But I got my IronMan MK1 last night so I'm happy for the time being.

I haven't had any new goodness since SDCC exclusives. I'm Jonesing hard right now. I did get my processing notice for the 600s though, so hoepfully I have something new to play with soon.

Those ToyWorld Pics are AMAZING!!!! I don't know what most of you see, but to me this HS looks DEAD ON!!!....how can you look at that and say you don't see bale...it looks just like him!!

As far as the possibility of T2 figures, I don't figure the pace of the T:S line as sign of that never happening. T:S is the license they got first and T2 may be something else, I'm sure all the Terminator resources went into the T:S figures and once they felt they've taken that far enough, then they'll put work into the other T films if they wish to pursue that, I'd say we're 6 months at least away from seeing a Terminator from any other film if they have the rights to do it and want to. I haven't given that up, but anything else from T:S, the pace I think is sign we're not getting anything else from it most likely.
Until I get mine in hand, I can't be 100% sure, but from most pictures, the bridge of his nose seems to be wider and less broken looking than Bale's, and being a prominent facial feature it can throw the rest off if it's not quite right. Nose is one of the bigger reason the Wayne heads from TDK don't look like Bale. Bale's lips and nose are very unique looking compared to other people, I mean his whole face is unique but a lot of times noses and lips can look similar, I can't think of anyone with a nose and lips that look close to his though, his nose looks very thin at times from a front on view and his lips have a duck bill kind a thing going on at times.

Probably a fake leather, vinly type material, though I'm not an expert on leather, it seems like it'd be to rigid on a jacket that small and fake leather would have the right look but also be softer and offer flexibility.

Isn't the good kind of pleather and actual material? I know there are some fake ones out there which are more like cloth with vinyl painted to it that will flake away, but the pleather's I've seen in use from Sideshow seem to be real material of some kind and not painted on stuff that can deteriorate so I'd assume HT would use the same. I don't see them using a painted on type thing, it's some sort of genuine material I'm sure, just not sure what it is.

It looks like the same pleather material they used on the Resident Evil 4 Leon Kennedy figure. And it looks like they'll use it again for Wolverine's jacket.
The jacket on my Leon figure is still as good as it was when I got him about 1 1/2 years ago.
When I get my John figure I can compare better.

I'm sure it is good stuff. The cheap stuff was used on $20-$40 Hasbro Star Wars figures I had, the $60+ figures seem to use quality materials, and rightly so.

You guys make me feel more confident. I concern about deterioration of pleather because, Medicom pleather is very famous in my country for flake issues after 2-3 years. My Leon jacket still look OK though.

People speak well of Medicom clothes, personally, i find them to seem a bit cheap compared to others.

The goodness just keeps on coming. Got my shipping notice for this one from Toys2, I'll probably have it the middle of next week. I think that'll be 3 successive weeks of new Hot Toys stuff - first came the T-600, then the Tumbler and now John Connor. That may sound majorly hard on the wallet but I'd paid for the Tumbler almost a year ago.

There's only one batch for Sideshow orders, and there is no cancellation fee with them, but you've only got like 2 weeks to figure out if you want to keep the order or not.
