If that is the choice...do they do ripped shirt or unripped? My only female figures are currently Rey variations, so i wasnt sure if any HT females ever show stomach flesh.

Unripped with poncho. The ripped version is too scene specific. It’d be better as a convention exclusive.

There’s enough differences between AOTC and ROTS Anakin that just getting an AOTC Anakin head with Padme wouldn’t really fly. Not with collectors and I doubt Hot Toys would be that lazy.

And I’m well aware of how they double dip on using bases but this would just be another level.

If they do a Geonosis Padmé (hopefully) HT will make another Anakin so we have to buy both.

Technicall AOTC Anakin was teased in Count Dooku promotion pics already, but he was very blurred so....

It would not be. I would rather a complete Anakin figure.

There's enough differences to justify a whole new figure. Much of the costume is darker in ROTS than it is in AOTC. His boots look different. Plus his body shape is different. In those few years between AOTC and ROTS he has developed more of a manlier physique.

I don't remember seeing that - I remember the ROTS version in the tease.

AOTC Anakin would have to be a new figure. The inner robe is lighter, the outer cloak is very different and of course, the portrait would be new.

I do hope HT gets some info out soon (with an image) of Padme. I've been enjoying the new book "The Queen's Shadow" a very Padme-centric story and a bit of a quasi-sequel to Episode One. It's made me think of the character a lot recently. She's the only one who has not gotten a truly premium sixth-scale treatment (and no, that odd "Snowbunny" figure from Sideshow all those years back doesn't count nor do those "deluxe" Hasbro Queen Amaidala figures with the dead, vacant expression heads- although I'm sure there are some who'd say those were dead-on accurate ).

I'd love to see a well-rendered AOTC version from HT soon...
