For all the ones who are asking for a pencil for your Joker...
Its very easy to make one...
What you need...
tooth pick broke in the middle...
Black,Yellow,Red...Markers
Color the broken half of toothpick to look like a pencil...
I did this little trick back when I first got my Dc Direct Joker last year when he didnt come with a pencil of his own...

I just dug up a photo with said pencil...

The thread's at the top of the list and I was anticipating new updates...bah humbug. Oh well, some interesting discussion brought up here regarding accessories. Maul Fan's post is basically it, sometimes they simply do a poor job of supplying the stellar collection of accessories we all want, but at least their accessories are fantastically detailed.

I kind of wish they'd add more than a knife, money and cards as a little extra as a thank you since without a doubt the majority with a DX will have at least one of the other Jokers. But on second thought, this isn't a huge problem since each figure is totally warranted and distinct but with progressively more extras added. Now with the DX we basically have two figures in one minus a TT and perhaps Hot Toys considers the extra outfit, PERS head, plus the complete cop Joker as enough of a thank you in itself.

The more they include obviously the better, but if I get what they've shown of the DX (plus costume upgrades) then I'd be about 99.9% satisfied.

Germaine (?) on Hot Toys FaceBook page has said that improvements to DX Joker, specifically his clothes , were already in the works.

Also in the magazine interview which broke the DX-02 TDK Batman story. Hot Toys declared that this was the last Joker figure. But then again

I know it would pi$$ people off but I wish they'd just go ahead and do the nurse joker seen as it is the last possible one they could do. Include a seperate new laughing headsculpt, the relevant nurse accessories, shotgun, RPG and bomb detonator and you have everything you could want for the character over all the releases. Then be done with the line, assuming Gordon, alfred etc are not possible. Sure we may have TDK and Joker fatigue now but in a couple of years we'll look at our collections and regret that Hot Toys never made the nurse version.

Yeah but the update on Marcus was drastic. A new set of official pics? That's doubtful, but a list of updates sounds nice.

mind clarifying what you mean? what hat logo and what straps? i know the striped design on the back of the vest is not accurate in V1, is that what you meant? It does come with suspender straps if that's what you mean but they're tucked away inside the vest.

Hat Logo = The Cop Hat saying "Police" instead of "GCPD".
Straps = Most vests have a strap on the back to adjust the fit.

They're too close to the same sculpt for one to look better than the other IMO. It's just a matter of the intensity of the expression.

I think the Bank Robber one is much better, but that's just me.

I remember a discussion about this a while back and Maulfan had a couple quick photoshops attempting to differentiate the two sculpts. They're just too similar for me to pick one over the other.

It's all about the paint application and the eyes. That sets the two heads apart.

I think what may be throwing me off with the DX Joker is the makeup. Its to heavy to tell what the sculpt looks like underneath. I do like the moveable eyes though.
