A few more futzes to that and the collar and tie would be perfect. Excellent! I may not have to get a 2nd Billyb shirt if that is the case. I'll wait and see anyway.

I just hope the tie goes all the way around the neck. Not cheesy elastic like last time. *snap! flies across the room*

Real shoelaces I see? Looks like fabric laces to me.

If those aren't real laces then that's one helluva sculpt on the shoes.

Well being thats is a "DX" real laces should be standard. I would assume all the small details will make it whatever a "DX" should be

Rambo II comes to mind actually ............ yeah they're a pain in the ass. When I got my Nicholson "Shining" figure I scotch taped the laces to the shins. Works good if need be.

Yeah, and given how little you'll really see of the laces on Joker, it seems a waste to do real laces, more pain than it's worth. The only way I see it being a good thing is if it's like military boots where you see the laces entirely, otherwise it's pointless. They did real ones on the Saturday Toys suit shoes and it sucks.

Yes it does but.... am I the only one botherd by the hairline? It just doesn't look natural imho. That was the only thing that really annoyed me about the BR Joker hs as well.

You mean the small seam line where the "wig" is glued down?

I'm not bothered, it looks much more natural than a lot of figures where the hair and head are 2 separate pieces, and it gives us hair that isn't purely sculpted and can have some flowing strands to it. I'm willing to see a slight seam to have the overall hair look better than it would with all sculpted in the same piece as the head.

What is up with the ship date on the MMS DX Joker? The place I ordered through emailed some time last week and said it would be shipping in 3-4 weeks. That would mean its to ship in the next 3 weeks anyone else hear this?

It is indeed very possible if you ordered directly from a Hong Kong dealer. The rest of us will probably have to wait till the end of August.

No I mean the hairline above his forehead. It just looks it just doesn't look natural to me.

Weathering on the coat looks great. And if it does come out this color I will be a disappointed, but still over all WAY better than the V1 black silk coat.

Im not sure they are real laces. The detail on the first Jokers shoes were that good actually. I repainted mine and they stand out like that. If they did use real laces then go Hot Toys but i doubt it.

Joker with makeup headsculpt looks very good... the police one looks terrible.. don't get why some of you will praise that headsculpt. Compared with the prototype.. it looks way worse... the paint detail is all gone.. and also.. he looks like a man with no teeth hahha

Well I just hope that it's the lighting that affects it ... but seeing how the lighting only affects the police joker but not the make-up joker worries me abit.

Of course, HT didnt really bother changing the colour of the suits ... and I believe this is the final version... because it's supposed to be out this month or August right ?

What bothers me more than the muted color of purple on the coat is the gray jacket. Wonder if it could be bleached and died?

Me too, damn it needs to be blue. Having said that but, the purple jacket looks more washed out than ever! Needs more vibrancy! I want this even. Look at the difference between the grey jacket and the purple coat. In the above pic, they nearly match in color tone!

Hopefully the coat is just a matter of lighting.

Theoretically, these 2 images are of the same purple coat, yet the level of purple is significantly different.
