Obviously personal preference, but I have to disagree:

that shirt is SO much better looking.... i hope I'm able to get one at some point. But doing commissions myself I know what its like when you get swamped... so I've been holding off contacting him lol
either way... that shirt is the right colour and has the right perceived amount of detail, unlike the HT one which is 'blocky' in comparison

Not from that image it don't...

It's because that's a promo image, and as such, doesn't have the blue hue over it, like is there in the film

As for the shirt color, it really depends on where you see it, in lockup it looks same as Billy's.

No, even in the movie it does have a coloration like that during the interrogation, I actually almost feel like it's a different shirt than other images, the pattern on it isn't as distinct in the interrogation either, it almost looks like a solid color shirt, perhaps they dirtied the crap out of it to add to him looking all roughed up.
Isn't this still Harue's work?
It's listed that way, and probably so, but I don't get it, because Harue's proto Joker for v1 was very nice and the actual figure wasn't anything like it, unless because he was involved with the first figure and this second one is recycling much of it, they have to credit him again.

Well, waiting to hear they'll be made is a ^^^^^, so providing they're new figures and not "updates", waiting to get thim will suck yeah.
