Yeah I was actually concerned about that too. Glad to see its a non issue.

Hopefully the grenades can be attached like Dutch's, those work nice and easy.

Is there slots? I thought the little safety pins held them on. It'd be nice if there's slots and the pins were just for decoration.

You can attach them to Dutch with the pin or the little handles on them, I found the pins to be easier and less risky. I'm thinking Joker coat may have little rings like Dutch and using similar options to attach his.
