You can look in my photobucket, ive saved every joker related pic I could find. Ive got a ton more I need to upload. That picture you took is GREAT reference for the shirt pattern.

IMO the HT shirts (Both) have the proper pattern scale while the BillyB shirt pattern is too small.

The hexagons (or whatever the hell they're called) may be close to correct size, but that patterns within them are oversized. Shrunken down to make the white parts smaller would probably make the whole shirt look more grey but the white comes out so prominent it throws the look of the shirt.

Of the two shirts, I find that the unique patterning is more defined on Billy's, HT's looks lost, especially when the figure's fully clothed and all that shows is the collar.

Ahhh.. ok now I see what people mean. But then there's the problem of detail (for me). The BillyB shirt really doesn't have any while both HT shirts do.

BillyB shirt looks like an alternating light/dark pattern from afar while the HT shirts have distinct patterns within each Hexagon. I still prefer the overall look of the BillyB shirts though. Especially the coloring.

Here's an example of why I don't like the HT shirt pattern. You can hardly tell there's a hexagonal pattern on his shirt, just looks like a random splattering of white and grey dots, where the size of Billy's allows the hexagonal pattern to show.

ebay indeed, buy it now price for the coat was 40 euros, 30 for the pants, which I found fair prices, especially considering how the prices are going to go through the roof eventually! :)

I bought this Joker at CornerStoreComics and according to the release date for DC Direct, it ships in the U.S. December 9, just like the Bank Robber Joker. I get a feeling that this will get pushed back to 2010. I'm planning to order the MMSDX Batman, but which store would you recommend. I hear that Toys2, based in Canada actually ships the item about the same time Hong Kong gets theirs. That way I wouldn't have to wait months for a U.S. release.

Correct on both cases, Joker through DCD shipments will likely be around Jan-February now, possibly even March.

As for Toys2, they have great service and yes, they get their stock from the HK shipments so the only delay with them is the ammount of time it takes to get from Hot Toys' factory, which is usually 2-4 weeks, pretty sure everything goes by boat, though I don't know why, that seems so slow.

Joker's should be showing up at Toys2 within a month.

Good to know, thanks!

Got my eye out -- like everyone -- for that coat... and tie. The rest I can live with from the V1.

How do you know that it'll be delayed for the US?It came out 2 days ago and December 9 is still about 2 months away.

I don't know for certain, but DCD shipments seem to be second production runs, which means the figure hasn't even started to be made just yet for those.

Seeing as we see very little change from prototype to production on this set, then any delays come down to just making it and odds are that extended time will spill over to the DCD run. There's no certainty, but if you're getting it from a DCD shipment, I'd brace yourself for it being 2-3 months later than you're expecting now and just be ecstatic if he ends up on time.

Are you suggesting that the DC Direct released figure will have slight improvements given the time we have to wait longer?

The next 2 months are going to be difficult enough, anymore, and I may start contemplating suicide.:p

No. The HK shipments were originally scheduled July-August and now we're at September-October. There was hope that him not being on time was because of changes to the figure, which we can now see there are no differences from what we first saw, so odds are, he's later than they first predicted just because it took longer to make him as is, and that because he just took longer than they expected for the HK shipments, odds are it'll take equally longer with the DCD ones than they expected.

www.bbts.com has him for $164.99 but they're a DCD shipment. eBay's probably the only place offering him around retail from the HK shipments, everywhere else is probably out of stock but don't take my word, I deal with Sideshow, BBTS and Toys2, I'm not familiar with other sellers outside of those 3.

Where'd you order him from?
