I'd be happy with getting mine Friday the 30th. That's better anyway, with Halloween on a weekend, I fully intend to bust out a movie marathon and admittedly, I would ignore Joker for that, cool figure doesn't come before tradition :)

Yeah, I bought pretty much the entire Dark Knight HT collection from him (Leo). Very reliable, not the fastest shipping in the world, but honest and good communication throughout the transactions (I have dx joker and bats on preorder from him).

Is it possible to directly ask from Hot Toys if I can get replacement parts. Like for example I just ordered the DX Joker except the head was missing the eyes and the face was melted. or if I ordered a t 600, the head was smashed flat.

For those who got the bad John Connor head, were you able to gt the new head for free?

Melted... how on earth did that make it into a box in that state. Or should I say why was that even allowed.

I didn't buy John Connor from Goodshipped but I got another head from Hot Toys customer service.

ye he was saying like *for example...what if...*

omg im worried now

Heh. The psychopath deranged version.... but yeah, Salvation/Damnation as long as you have a proof of receipt Hot Toys usually sends out replacements. I think you have to prove the item is damaged by providing a photo and supply a scanned copy of the receipt.

My point is if I ever received a figure in the kind of condition, can I ask hot toys if they can replace for free. I plan to get the t600 but I hear that many people have been getting broken ones?

I dunno bout you lot, but I'm more hyped up with the cop joker than the DX joker:monkey1

I just received some loose parts, including both Head Sculpts of the DX Joker. I thought I was going to like the PERS Joker Sculpt, but I like the Cop Joker sculpt a lot more!!

Also to Hydeous or anyone else who have this figure, does it seems that one of the eyes on the PERS Joker a little off/lazy-eye? On mine it seems not to line up right. Wonder if I could fix it. Anyways, looking forward to my full figure package coming next week!!!

Nope, the PERS eyes on my works well. Better contact seller or HT bout it mate.

Alright, LONG DAY and am tired as hell but I took some pictures of my DX Joker I received from goodshipped. First impressions: The paint on the PERS head's nose had rubbed off from packaging but was easy enough to fix with a dry brush white paint. Still sucked but oh well. I LOVE THE COP JOKER. Sculpt and outfit are top notch. I also think I like the BR head better than the PERS head. It has a better expression and better detail particularly in the scars. Would love to have the PERS on the BR head.

I can confirm that the shoes are the exact same as the V1 (way better paint job on DX) and there is a wire at the bottom of his coat. It does work nice. Anyway, I apologize for my crappy camera (thus crappy pics) but thought I'd share what I got.

Can you explain what caused the paint rub mark on the DX head? Does it come in contact with the lid of the box or something? It looks like it is secured pretty well inside the foam cut-out.

Hearing this makes me glad I'm sticking it out with my Toys2 order, I refuse to fix paint myself when it shouldn't come damaged for the price it costs, and Toys2 will take care of any issues if I have them.

Right, but I do commend cerealkeller for taking matters into his own hands and fixing it himself though.

The box looks a bit dinged up though. It might not matter to a lot of folks, but if mine looked like that, I'd be miffed.

There's only 2 things I'm really not keen on with this Joker. This was one thing I really loved with the Bank Robber head. Was how much red was on the lips. They looked really full even off the lips. The DX looks too thin lady like.

The 2nd is the shoes. The prototype had the worn scuffed shoes. They looked so nice! As said before it's came with the v1 shoes. I'll have to fix that myself.

Another thing. Hot Toys isn't learning from their own packaging. When it comes to scuffs. The best packaging they ever done that was fully protected for a figure was the Michael Jackson Billie Jean. Not only was it foam all around the figure like the Joker currently is but there was also a full foam flap covering everything then the plastic/card lid on top. No way at all could any scuffing have happened to the Billie Jean figure. Open the main flap, then open the full foam flap to reveal the figure and items. Why must they cheap out on nearly everything...
