Going by photos, I would guess the noticable difference would be the sleeves probably move higher up the arms because of the extra shoulder mass.

How many truetypes do you have left waiting to get used? funny how the narrow shoulder is sold out on BBTS, gone from listing.

I've got one Narrow bought with the intent to use on this set, and I'll either use it for my HT Joker kitbash for my Ultimate HT Joker figure or I'll use it for the parts leftover and put the Ulitmate grouping on the v1 body.

I do hope the Narrow is made more available again, it's a great body and I didn't want to buy spares just for the heck of it without a planned use anytime soon, but I've already gone through 4 of them.

I may put the DX stuff on the v1 body, the shoulders look nice there, Joker's one of few figures I've seen where the standard TT actually works well for it.

I totally agree mate. It gives it the 'joker hunch' with the really broad shoulders, i'll probably do the same. The narrow fits nice, but i'm not convinced it looks jokery enough, i don't like the stance.
AWESOME pics btw plasmid

Never noticed this before: Are the gloves weathered/scuffed (Like the jacket)!? Are the v1 gloves like that? Looks nice. Subtle.

Regular (True Type Body) and I could just get the vest closed up. Real tight, but a good fit. All very well tailored.

Ok now I'm confused. :lol

I thought the only difference between the Regular TT and Narrow Shoulder TT was.. er.. Narrow Shoulders. :D So why would the vest be so tight on the v1!?

I've never actually owned the V1 Joker, I'm also curious if the gloves were weathered. Looking around online, they do look sorta weathered, but not to the extent of the DX.

I really want to take some time to futz with the clothing and redress him. Haven't gotten the chance yet. I might want to iron and de-wrinkle the coat, or maybe that's part of the character's personality? I hope my extra Narrow TT comes tomorrow for Cop Joker.

Thanks for all the kind words, everyone. More pics I took from earlier today (so some will be very similar to the earlier ones, sorry).

I want to note that I don't care for the bomb/grenade rig. I don't see myself displaying the figure with it and while the idea is cool, the rig (even without the grenades installed) causes a bulge in the coat in that area. It's not that noticeable, and I compensated by positioning the opposite side in a similar manner, but it's still a bit annoying.

Plasmid's pictures have been getting the attention (and rightly so!) but I wanted to mention this pic also... to me this looks amazingly like Heath, in terms of sculpt/clothes but also the body shape. I may try this figure on a regular old TT body if it helps give the hunched up look like this.

a great pic of a min-Heath right on a shelf! :rock

The hair looks ridiculously clamped compared to the bank robber version. Giving the impression the hair is too small for the head at times.

I'm still surprised nobody is condemning the boots. Since they are identical to v1. No weathering/scuffing. When the proto was vastly different to v1.

Wha?

The hair is far superior (IMHO) to the BR one, there is far more detail and it conveys the fact that Heaths/The Jokers hair was actually pretty thinning

And the shoes didn't need any work, they look great, but the paint app is better this time, they do look more weathered-

The shoes look identical to v1. Like the old 60's/70's dark leather skin footballs.

Unlike... with a slight chalky scuffed worn suede look.

The white look could have alot to do with the lighting in their photos and the fact their shoes are shiny. If anything they just need to be dulled flat, since the real shoes are a flat suede.

If you want the 'street dust' look, just put a light coat of spray mount, then scatter a little talc on top. Job done!

Great comparison shots wookster, and I certainly agree that the hair on the DX is much better and certainly gets across the thinning aspect of Heath's hair better.

Nice! I can see that you got your joker already plasmid! Was I right bout how fast clotmaster is :naughty

congrats, awesome pics :rock

btw, I just got my blu ray TDK today, and during the cop joker scene, I noticed that heath's uniform also have the name tag, but HT obviously left this out! Man, how could they missed this? A name tag with "HEATH LEDGER" would be a sweet detail!

:lecture couldn't agree more.

If you want a puffier, thicker hair look, go with the V1 joker.
