YellowJoshua, those are great pics. Is your Joker on the narrow shoulder or standard True Type?

cheers mate...all my Jokers are on the standard true type. I really dislike the narrow shoulder TT I feel it looks too thin.

That looks like the narrow shoulder on BR joker. I'm not sure if it looks close to the joker body in the actual movie but one thing that bothers me is the pants on the narrow shoulder body. it looks baggy.

They would look no different on the regular. Only the shoulders are different.

I've bought all the clothing from this other than the gloved hands , tie , shirt and shoes off of ebay , I'll just be putting them all on my original joker with the billy b shirt and tie. I wanted the full thing but just can't justify buying another full figure again.
I love how this figure looks on the original truetype from that photo but like you say if it restricts the articulation I'll be buying another slim I suppose !.

Not at all. I love the DX clothes on the standard TT - it just achieves that Heath look.
Plus the trousers on a narrow shoulder seem to be really baggy though - espicially on some of the pictures from other users on the last few pages.

The Billy B shirt pattern is good but the colour of the shirt looks far too bright - almost baby blue.
I love the DX shirt and tie. They have clearly been improved and now look fantastic. The collars on the clown and cop jokers are sewn shut at the neck making them look even better once the tie is on.

hello all, i am a new member although i have been lurking (sounds a bit stalkerish) for about half a year just to shy to say anything. just wondering if any UK members use forbidden planet to get the DX01 and if there is a faster method of getting this figure. sorry if this has been asked

it looks baggy, because the pants are a bit too much down. if he would put them a bit higher, i think they wouldn't look baggy anymore.

The collars on the clown and cop jokers are sewn shut at the neck making them look even better once the tie is on.

I'm disappointed this seems to be their new practice, they did it with Two-Face, I don't like shirts done so that if you want to take them off to adjust the figure, you have to remove the heads too, particularly these sculpted neck ones where that's not necessarily easily done. I'd rather just see them tailor it correct enough that once the tie's in place, it looks like it should.

Personally they have always let me down.
If I were you I would order from either an ebay seller on ebay such as abc express or goodshipped or an american seller such as toys2.
Not only will you get your figue alot faster and cheaper ( it will be shipped right now I think if bought from goodshipped ) but personally I wouldn't even trust Forbidden Planet to actually get the item. I've heard alot of negative things about them and wont ever use them again myself. At least not for things in stock.

Most UK'ers use ebay here I think from asia and this is what I do too.

I've used Forbidden Planet online before and the service has been always hit and miss. I do suggest you go on ebay to get it as it probably will come fast and will be cheaper however, I have had good experiences with them in the past. The first Hot Toys figure I got my Dark Knight Batman came to me fine. I had to wait just over 2 weeks to get it but I couldn't find any of ebay for around £100. However, I am STILL waiting for Minimates they are supposed to be sending me. I blame the postal strike and backlog as my Truetype still hasn't arrived either and that was bought at vaguely the same time.

Hey, I'm a newb to Freaks Forum. Ghosting around for a few weeks now, specifically this thread. Eagerly awaiting DX Joker, seller in S'pore said another week till shipping. Can't wait after viewing the great pic posted on the forum. I too have a Thin True-type on route to pose the Police version. BR version is on my V1, using the V1 HS for my 'nurse joker' BR V2 for BR, DX will stay on the new V. HEHEHE never too many jokers.

I also moved mine to a standard. It just fills out the coat shoulders better and doesn't have that slumping look. I would post mine but yours covers how mine looks (even the position) except I have mine with his knife.

Yet they kept the item displayed to buy knowingly their supplier wasn't getting any. Talk about stringing you along. I never had issues with .com in the past year. Until now.

Is anyone interested in all the DX Joker stuff EXCEPT the cop stuff?

I'm looking to get an extra cop uniform (coat, badge, belt, pants, tie, shirt, cap, gloves, gun, and boots - I don't need the Ledger cop sculpt).

I know some people are probably just interested in the clown stuff and don't really want the cop stuff - if that's you, feel free to send me a PM! I'm sure we could arrange something so we both get what we want while both saving money in the end (either you buy the DX Joker and I buy the cop stuff from you or I buy the DX Joker and you buy the clown stuff from me).
