To be or not to be.....that is the question :monkey3

Can someone answer a quick question who has DX Joker please... On the Cop head how is Joker hair style? In the movie he looks like he has it all tucked under the hat... But this isnt the case here and I hope its not a Bank Robber Mask scuplt all over again with the hair slicked back... I hope what I just said made since... Better yet can someone post a pic of the back of his head for me? THANKS

Slicked back yes, and in a little pony tail. Most likely the way he had it in the movie. You don't notice the small ponytail at first, but it's there.

Well, if anyone can get it to move freely across the eye laterally instead of circularly let me know, because it feels like there's a dead zone in the center of mine where I feel like I'd break the control stick if I try to move it a millimeter further.

I can definitely get my stick to move in any direction. I know it shows in the instruction book to turn it in a circular motion, but I just moved it sideways and it seemed fine. It moves just like an arcade joystick. But hey, if it seems like you'd have to apply too much pressure to move it in that way, you may end up braking the stick. I think yours may just be a little stiff compared to others.

(Please, no jokes!)

:lol

Then mine is just a bit stiff. Don't want to touch it too much though. Might break on me.

....

Anyway, can anyone with the Cop Joker stuff in hand tell me if the merit badge thingy has a clip on the back? Not sure how I'm supposed to attach it to his coat.

I received my new Narrow True Type today just for Cop Joker. I put him together and wow, I really like him as much as DX Joker....maybe even more. I couldn't believe it when I read comments on here claiming preference of Cop Joker over DX Joker, but the complete figure really is a homerun. Way to go, Hot Toys. The merit badge is odd though.

I snapped some photos as I was putting him together. One sec, photobucket is being a bit slow uploading for me for some reason.

Edit:

HAHA You really got some good ideas and execution for your poses :chew You actually made a blindfold just to set this up?? NICE:rotfl

Thanks. I had an old BBi 3.5 body I wasn't using so I put it to use. I didn't have an extra pair of 1/6 shorts or boxers for it though. :lol

The badge is held by that strip of black fabric; it's a tight squeeze getting it in there though. I had to do it twice because I put it in upside down the first time! But I see in your pics that you kinda just stuck it on; looks good, whatever works!

I used a strip of double sided tape and folded it over and under the black fabric strip. I applied another small piece of tape to the badge and stuck it on. It's only temporary, but maybe I'll just leave it as is because trying to squeeze it under the fabric strip is troublesome. But thanks for the tip.

No worries, sounds like you've got it all sorted!

It is not like the BR with it just slicked back. HT have sculpted it so it twists up on the back of the head, like a scrunched up pony tail. Obviously it is not too realistic in the fact it is very flat to allow for the cop hat, but it looks good.
