Dang ............ some of you are still waiting for it to arrive? :horror I just finished dusting mine for the 4th time.

:monkey3

Wow you had to dust him 4 times already ? Where on earth do you keep your Hottoys ? I have like 12 of them on shelfs in my room and some have been up for there for at least a couple years and I still havent had to dust them off. :horror

Me too Maul, the V1 pants have a not so tight fit, and less pronounced pinstripes than the new ones. New ones just seem a teeny bit more quality though somehow. It's amazing how much difference barely a year makes!

Well it is a shame that I can't get into the overall look of the DX pants because you're right, they are nicer, they've got the suspenders and the fabric is stiffer and feels nicer, but it's too snug to the body for me, as you say, they ride a little higher up on his feet than I'd like, and the pinstripes are too pronounced for me. Overall, the DX pants have more cons than pros for me, other than the suspenders, I'm really happy with the v1 pants.

Don't expect anything from him. He has been long gone and I would recommend to place your order elsewhere.

:horror:horror:horror Dear God... I did not know that. It's a shame. I've gone through Joe for all of my previous HT figures. I'll search elsewhere ASAP. Thanks for the heads-up.

Blakus, I'd recommend putting a thin layer of red over the lips to give the impression that they're stained from the makeup. if you watch the film again or look at some stills, you can see that there's a bright enough shade of red on his lips to be noticeable. i think it'd look great with that added touch and a bit more accurate too.

Yeah i'm gunna look into it. It was basically all stained from having the makeup on there. White on the face, red on the lips and the black around the eyes.

What would have really made the Cop Joker is if he had that big smile on his face like he did in the movie with all those nice yellow teeth showing... But I like what you did with your Cop Joker Blakus939 but yeah please add the red on the lips...

Apart from that he never smiles in the cop disguise.

I think he may be referring to this shot, which went for like 1 second..............personally, not an iconic look.

got my joker dx today and he is remarkable...got all ht dark knight figs and they rock, even the first joker who really looks like the promo pics.

Heads Up , Guys.

Redfordfilms.com has this up for P.O. for 160 shipped. They did have a special weekend price of 135 shipped but I think it expired.

Anyway, 160 shipped is a great price. :D

Great pic! Do you edit the pics or does it just come out like that?

no way that could be a plain photo, there must be some editing being done.

some great photo editing too, and excellent pics to start with...burn tool i presume? either way, the final pic looks freaking sick :D

:banghead i need to learn more settings on the actual camera, but still, it looks to me like it was photoshopped (burn tool mostly)

It's not just settings though, depends on how your lens handles close range focusing. The right lens can have 2 figures that close, focus on the face of the one in the background and blur out the foreground quite a bit. It's a mix of lens ability and camera settings, you can only change settings so much before the limits of the lens become a factor, and it doesn't help to have a certain lens unless you use the right settings with it. That's why I got into DSLR, full manual control over camera settings and swappable lenses.
