ebay sellers are also starting to pass the $200 mark. I hope every one got a good deal or they are gonna get screwed.

I didn't see any sell for over $200. They are all ending in the $160 range.

You just repeated what I said at the end of my post. So that means you still haven't learned to read what you're replying to. I see nothing's changed in the 2+ years I've seen you post at various holes in the wall across the net.

Here's the thing...everything you're posting now and in the past has been reactionary. There are no facts behind anything you post, you just take what you see at the moment you post and assume that it's factual. Remember a little over a year ago when you went crazy after I said that the V1 Joker sculpt was a terrible representation of Heath Ledger as the Joker? Your excitement over something clouded your vision, and you just went off when someone dared present an opinion contrary to yours.

This whole rare argument is moot until about 10 years down the line. However, given the cost of these things and the fact that the people buying them tend to take great care of their collectibles, it's not going to be rare anytime soon. I'd wager that most of us won't see the day when they're comparable to a campaign button from 80 years ago. Unless there's some global catastrophe that only strikes DX Jokers, leaving a handful untouched thanks to some miracle, no, it won't be rare anytime soon. Anything, given enough time, will be rare. That doesn't mean that the prices right now are reflective of anything but excitement and the fact that it's releasing at Christmas.

To all those with nose issues...couldnt you just paint it? It would take 10 seconds. Maybe 99 cents if you dont have white paint....you dont need to send it back. Imo.

While you could probably easily and seemless resolve it with a little paint, I think they need to go back to HT to send a message. Compared to DX Joker, I think the new Wolverine head is packed in such a way that will protect it from such incidents more than how Joker was boxed. They won't make an effort to improve things unless they get the message that the current one failed.

As far as painting vs sending back, I'm with MF in that it should be done on principle. It would be more than a simple 10 second paint dabbing job. Quite a bit of paint has been rubbed off the nose, that it created a crater through the layer of paint. I'm sure it could be touched up to my expectations with some paint, it would just take careful layering of drybrushing dabs. Otherwise all you will accomplish is painting the crater white.

Yeah F that.. you paid for a brand new item. It should be brand new. There's a difference between modification out of want and modification out of necessity. Having to repaint something brand new because it comes defective is bull????.

And the reality is, if you saw that in-hand before you purchased it NO ONE would tolerate that. You'd say hell no and find another one that was undamaged. So the idea that you should just "take it" because of postage or the hassle of sending it back etc. is garbage.

I fixed my Joker stand! I read someone having the same problem with LEDs acting like PERS, so I opened it and found that cables where pulling each other. I'm really lucky those delicate cables didn't come off when trying to position them the right way.

I'm curious why these figures are getting packed while still not fully dry. If they allowed them to all dry then pack them this would never happen to anyone.

I remember seeing the behind the scenes Tumbler photos and I was thinking man thats a lot of ppl in the same space working on a lot of Tumblers all at the same over and on top of each other. I don't think the Hot Toys Fab is your typical autoparts factory and certainly not of western standards where things are very process oriented. Considering the skill required and it being in China it be more like a labourcamp of artists. I certainly hope they treat their "artists" better than those Foxconn fabs
Anyways with that in mind I think they are good on the artistic level but may be lacking on the production level

Just got my Joker. There were a few issues with my mine but nothing to fret over. My LCS tried to jack the price up on me. $195.00 ??? I told him that he told me $169 He said he would have never have gave me that price. I told him "that's the price you gave me". He then went back to his computer and checked ebay, of all places, to see what they where going for. I thought OMFG! I went and pulled up Bigbadtoystore's website on my phione to show him what the other retailers where selling it for. $164.99 He then said that he made a mistake. I think he's full of shat! He thought it was a real hot item and figured he could jack the price up on me.

OMG! that sucks dead man balls I would have told to exactly where he can shove his DX Joker and bought one else where. Its bad when your own LCS that you shop at on the regular try and shake you down for extra cash.

Do you mean the neck adapter? should be attached to any extra TT you buy. Just need to pry it of the generic head.. Not sure if you can buy these separately except for maybe eBay.

As for changing the price on you that is really shameless but reason why its better to get the deal in writing
