Stuff like this definitely drives me to limit my photo fun with PERS posing, I might never have an issue but I'd hate to lose the figure over one shot I didn't need to get.

I know in the guide the figure came with, it shows you to move the PERS clockwise i think, i did not operate it this way and just moved the eyes up and down,left and right.Maybe this is why they are breaking on people.

LOL @ the screwed eyes. He did look a bit cross eyed in the movie actually for a brief moment when he sat down in the interrogation room and asked which ones were cowardsxD

This is why I'm an advocate for selective use of PERS, it has it's benefits for sure, but the potential for being screwed is greaterd, if you get painted eyes looking proper from the factory, they won't ever shift on you. Some characters, the practical benefit of PERS for them just isn't worth the risk. The new T2 figure looks amazing and it just has painted eyes, and that's all it needs.

I love the card with the jester with someone's head on a knife bleeding.....so violent

I hate the tie too. I tried to fix it a couple times but it just doesn't seem to want to stay any better. Oh well... I'll fix it eventually.
