I think he may have been referring to the DCD version that a lot of sellers have listed at HT prices to catch people out.
man im so mad. bought this joker froma guy ON HERE and the eyes were completely busted inside, AND there were no safety pins...
i have asked him to make it right and give me a small refund to put towards a new head, even though those cost a small fortune now... but hes not going to respond. sucks so bad. im going to have to leave him bad feedback, but so what right? why the hell would he care.

So sorry to hear that Bishart. And I want to let you guys know that the same guy was going to sell me the billyb shirt and tie he had with that set. I was waiting for him to decide how much he was going to sell it to me because he thought it might've gone up in price (ridiculous) and then he never got back to me. I find out later that he sold the set along with the dx set to Bishart. I mean, he can sell it to whomever he wants, but don't freakin' leave me waiting thinking that the deal is pending.

What do you mean the eyes were completely busted? The PERS is broke? You can still position them independently right?
If he didn't make that clear going into the transaction then you should definitely give negative feedback.

yeah the eyes, i can figure out how to move them on their own, ive already done that. but i didnt want a broken figure, he said it wa complete and perfect. and in fact it was incomplete and broken.
he claims he didnt know. which MAY be true, but all the same, its broken, and i didnt do it, and if i was going to sell something as PERFECT i would have checked. plus now, looking ack to the one photo he sent to me of the figure, you can see one of the eyes pointed slightly inward, so it was def. busted. he said i should take it up with fedex. like the pers was broken in shipment, inside a panel, inside the head, encased in foam, inside of a box, in another box wrapped in paper inside of ANOTHER box ... so lame.

and as far as who this guy is, ill let you all know as soon as im positive he isnt going to right this wrong, ill be the first to say he went out of his way to make it right IF that happens... otherwise, ill tell you who to stay away from.

Yeah I can't stand that ppl do not have the courtesy to follow up/through especially when it is just a short PM, not like we can prevent them from selling or buying from someone else or even actually care. Just shows these ppl are just selfish and hypocrites as they would certainly not like to be treated the same way
That sucks.. yeah too bad being a member here does not automatically mean you are a fellow freak. We should have the ability to give ppl bad rep (like some other forums do) for not just transactions but simply being idiots and asses. Just too bad as there are also many great freaks here but sometimes it's hard to remember sometimes who is a good and who is a asswipe freak

Maybe you should reveal now, to give him an incentive to try and make right in front of the whole community? Not trying to start rumor-mongering or anything, I just want to see everything possible done to make sure you come out without having been completely screwed.
