I feel the same way. The only problem I have with this whole debate is how people are stating things as fact when in reality it's speculation. So I asked if there was anything concrete regarding this and yet again I was presented with essentially more speculation and more meaningless pics. Plus it's stupid to me to see people requesting changes be made to a figure, again, based off of speculation.

What's wrong with watching the movie for yourself again? You can solve this debate without relying on other people to prove it to you. Pop in the DVD, problem solved.

I can see 3, but I also see the 4th line you didn't highlight in red. This is what I see in Maulfan's pic, for whatever reason paint won't open the other image for me...

I was just asking if anyone got a chance to see the figure up close and personal to see if it has four tails or not. I asked without regards to accuracy of the film.

Where you see 4 tails I just see a whole LOT of fabric draped down with no clear cut "tails". Just fabric. Is there 4 bunches of fabric? Yes. Is that definitive proof there's 4 coat tails and not 3. Hell no.

There's a specific reason why I highlighted the right coat pocket, and that's why your re-edit makes no sense. Look at where you're saying there's a coat tail (labeled #3) and where you highlighted: there would have to be a split in the fabric right where the side pocket is. So please show me where that split is on this pic:

You can see the splits. His right hand is holding the first and you can clearly see the three splits beyond that. That's definitive.

That's because you highlighted the pocket in the wrong place. In the unaltered pic all you see is the side of the pic. Your pocket shouldn't be there and isn't in the orginal.

If somebody can take a screenshot, you can see a slit in the middle lapel (of about 12 inches I guess) at 2:08:06 when you check the DVD. My laptop somehow doesn't want to play the DVD, so I can't take the screen myself. And before anyone asks, I don't care if the figure comes with the slit in the middle or not, but I like analyzing these things, so I just watched the movie again and paused when I thought you could figure something out about the coat.

let me just put my word in on this whole tail discussion - in the promo pic of him with his back turned, holding the knife (not with the fire, the other one), there is a seam running down the middle of his back, which turns into a slit. Now, there is another slit to the side of that, and logically another on the other side. Doesnt this equal four tails? If he had three there wouldnt be a slit in the center, right???
