I always assumed that an action figure is all plastic. Molded clothing and accessories and that a doll was something that came with clothes that you could dress up. Barbie, baby dolls, etc.

I think what's important for the definition isn't the presence of fabric clothing, but what what you DO with the clothing.

If you're swapping outfits, getting them dressed and undressed, doing their hair, etc., then it's a doll. But just because the clothes are fabric doesn't make it a doll - it's still an action figure.

Unless you keep changing what the figure's wearing on a day to day basis.

A doll is something you take care of, like it was a mini human. An action figure is something you control/play with (i.e., pose, make him fight bad guys, etc.).

Posable dolls with accessories?

Whatever they are considered, I'm not ashamed to admit that I enjoy collecting and playing with my 'dollies'. xD

why doesnt the 2nd hs have eyes ? or why we dont get a 2nd body or set of clothes i dont know ...i guess its better then hearing it doesnt or does look like joker or heath sorry but 3 or pages on if its a doll or not yes it is a doll detailed action figure sorry 4 rant its all good .......

I had a idea of just buying the deniro heat figure to use for the grumpy mask ...the heat figure comes loaded with a money bag and suit, gun ...Since i have little faith hot toys will give us more bank robbers masks...but if anyone does the rest of the clown masks customs i'd be interested.....
