Yeah, weak knees, kinda hard to pose. It feels like one leg is longer even though its not (no popping back in required) Especially noticeable when next to a DX01, trying to put both in the same position. Yet shoulders are stiff and not too flexible. Add to that the shoes and weakish ankles and it can be a little unweildy.

:lol You should stop there before buy something else and really regret not just buying the set. Didn't the head alone set you back $140 or so?

Yeah, around there. :lol

I'd rather just buy what I need and pay $50 less or so for that than spring for the full set and half of it sit in the closet. And I'm too lazy to sell off what I don't need.

If a pre-order is sold out on SSC, it would specify that on the product description page, right?

Since it doesn't say the EX is sold out on the SSC site...

The only aspect of this figure that bothers me is the floppy thing, what with Rory reporting this with both of his sets now. I have a few figures that have trouble standing on their own, and I've made do, but... it can be very limiting in how I pose them. Apart from that, this set looks to be as near to perfect as I can expect.

i got a 2.0 body yesterday and the shoes and outfit bits i bought parted out arrived today and i set him up and havent had any floppy issues like you guys describe. i worried the shoes were awkward and he wouldnt stand on his own but i was happily mistaken.
i'm very pleased with the outfit so far: only got the pants, shirt, tie and shoes but they are well done and i think i even prefer the tie to the custom release. the tie colors are more saturated and the tie itself is skinnier. the shirt is by far the best shirt for a joker to come out of HT. and i'm digging the shoes a lot. definitely an upgrade. plus the new body is very poseable and doesnt feel like it's about to crack when posed. plus all the stuff i wrote about earlier. i think everyone will be really happy with the release. and i havent even gotten all the parts yet.
unfortunately the butterfly knife arrived broken but i think it should be a relatively easy fix.

You can just give it away in bulk, if you are too lazy to sell em. :monkey3

PMing you my address. :lol

I thought HT would have gotten the loose joints problem fixed by now :duh

Heres to hoping to a better QC for the later batches.

:) that's reassuring. I guess when they really start rolling in we'll see how widespread it is.

have never had a hot toys body with a serious problem. my bank robber joker has a bit of a trick knee, but it gives him kind of a skeezy posture, so it's never bothered me.

Ugh, damn it. Just bought a ****ing purple coat on Ebay.
