I simply took a cotton stem wet I have mi in the incense ash (which I had with me) that I then applied on the mantle in some place.

Can someone help me out with my Bank Robber I just got. I want to switch heads, but This older body is really throwing me off.

Which part is supposed to come off? I'm worried if I pull too hard I'll break the thing it's connected to.

the head is removable from the neck peg, and the neck peg is removable from the body. to ensure a safe removal, heat with a hairdryer...

Well the neck peg just doesn't want to come out. Despite using a hair dryer, and a pliers will just ruin it. This body sucks.

Ok, I got it out. That was a huge pain in the Butt. Not going to be switching heads again anytime soon.

Just realized the DX11 I bought, second hand, has a paint scratch on his nose. I'm guilty for not looking it over very well but I can't recall ever dropping him so I'm wondering if he came that way. I really don't want to buy a new one but I dont know if I can libve with it as is. :slap

If the first thing you see when you look at the figure is the scratch on the nose, then I suggest buying a new head, otherwise it will just bug the hell out of you.

Pretty easy to repair buddy. Just need white and black acrylics and and q-tips, then apply a little white to a q-tip and remove almost the whole color on a piece of paper until it's almost dry, then apply the color left on the q-tip to the nose carefully and repeat this step until it works for you and add dark shades in the same way with the black color.

Done it before with a color chip (figure came like that) on an older Joker release and was pretty happy with the result.

If the scratch is deaper than the original color I'd recommend to use some skin toned filler before.

Edit: If it doesn't work in the end or if you don't like to try that I think shells075 is right suggesting to buy a new head, would drive me mad as well.

Thanks pirate. I needed to make a few touch ups to some other figures

Yea, I was going to just bite the bullet and order the head from Toy Anxiety and, of course, poof it was gone. Story of my life with TA :panic::lol

My lack of skill and my eyes always shifting to the errors I make with any hand work makes what would be my end result of this, probably, worse than the chipped paint. Why did it have to be on his nose, damnit!?

Hopefully a decent priced head will pop up.

The nose is very prone to damage in 1/6 action figures, its usually the first thing that hits the floor/desk etc when your fig does the old face plant routine, one of my Bruce Lee figures has got a scuff mark on his schnoz. And all those old Greek statues and busts seem to be missing their nose.

The good thing about the DX11 sculpt is they are all unique looking. I've got 3 PERS heads and they all look different from one another.

Reposed a few figures in my collection the other night and thought I'd give finally the laughing head a go.

Loving it and I thought I'd share.
