I like the box graphic, looks great. Better than the other monochrome DX 01, DX 02, DX 08, and DX 09 Batman boxes.

Can't wait to see how ****ed up the Bruce Wayne headsculpts looks.

Hope they fixed the bat-symbol on the chest, made the mouth faces a little bit better and the ab straps aren't as visible. Expecting the worst though.

Found these.

This looks worst than the proto pics. This bruce wayne looked awesome in the proto pics and now it looks NOTHING like Christian Bale..


We were so naive thinking that Hot Toys would fix anything when they clearly stated that this figure came out after a long time of R&D.

Still waiting for more in hand pictures.

Looks like the same sculpt to me, just the paint on the "production?" model looks more flat than textured

I agree with everything you said. However, I don't think that the Bruce Wayne head is as bad as you made out. It has a better likeness to Christian Bale than any other Hot Toys attempt so far, I think.

But as far as the man in the suit. Not nearly as good as I expected.
The suit isn't disasterous, but the cowl and the bat sign are of a lesser quality than a mattel figure. Not to mention that the faceplate displayed in the cowl has 0 resemblance to Christian Bale.

What annoys me most is that it looked real good in the dark knightall video, which had me lookin really forward to the early release.

I don't know if I am forcing myself to cut the BW sculpt a bit of slack due to how big a let down everything else is or not, but it just doesn't seem to look that bad to me.

But everything else ...

the bat symbol is completely wrong? completely wrong? it looks nothing like it does on the actual batsuit? not even close? pull your head out of your ass you exaggerating piece of ****. i hope you dont have kids, kid brings home a test he got a 95 on, you FAILED SON, you completely failed and im very disappointed in you for getting 95% of this right.

I'll be a little optimistic about how Luke and Batman will look in person, but they do look terrible, "bad pics" or not. I mean these are close ups and a wide variety of different angles.

I don't think our negative reactions are that far off. It's not like with this photo of the final production samples that were on display at Toy Hunter of Batman and Joker,

Where everyone was crying that Hot Toys had changed the Joker headsculpt (he does look like a gremlin there) when in all actuality, it was just fine and just as nice as the prototype.

I'd like to think I'm not a whiner, but something is really off here. I think I can speak for most here and say that it looks cool, it just doesn't look like Christian Bale. Could be his stand-in? If he has any.

I might save these $300 and go with a Medicom figure and try the Medix mod.

Your better off waiting until more in-hand pictures are shown. Who knows, maybe it will be improved.

DiFabio really made a brilliant point in regards to the 89' Joker. You should just wait and see.

For your sake and everyone else's sake who has this guy on PO, I hope that there are huge improvements made.
