Dont worry man. CSC, AE and SS are my top three sites I use to order online. I have never been upset with CSC. Great customer service!

Hey do you know if CSC has Hawkeye yet?? Just wondering cuz I feel like they get things later than others...

I dunno. I havent been following Hawkeye

But usually CSC is the first to get their orders from SS since they are like....right next door. (not literally).

Thats why I would always order through them, but recently they have been getting left behind on releases. I cant remember if it was Fett or DX08 but one of those Alterego had their before CSC and AE is located in Ohio I think. So that was really weird.

I would just call them or shoot them an email and ask. They are usually quick in responding.

I changed the neck and belt of my DX02 by the DX12. The result is brilliant, now it's more faithful to the film

I think the issue is that CSC doesn't have any update to give. The initial shipment of DX12s that SSC received were not sent to any retailers, so CSC and everyone else is still waiting for their allotment. I emailed CSC a week or so ago and was told that they will probably be getting sporadic shipments of the DX 12 throughout November, most likely sent out by order of first placed pre-order.

So csc is not the best to order from then who is besides sideshow?

Yeah they dont keep the order up to date like SS does like "Shipping Soon" or "Shipping in the next 30 days" etc. But they do update your order from Pending to Shipped/Complete as soon as it leaves. And I always get a shipping notification the same day I am charged for an order.

**UPDATE** - HOT TOYS DKR BATMAN DX

We will be receiving less than 10% of our total order in the first wave of figures scheduled to arrive at the end of October. The rest are scheduled to ship sometime in November. This means that most orders will be filled by the second shipment.

I'll tell you who's not quick. BBTS. I emailed them 3 days ago and they responded yesterday and they didn't even answer all my questions so I had to email them again and I'm waiting for a response. It's ridiculous that they don't have a phone line, and even more ridiculous that they take so long to get back to you. It's not like their reps are on the phones lol seriously thinking about cancelling some with them and taking my orders to sideshow or somewhere that has better customer service.

You pay a bit of a premium when working with Sideshow but their customer service is un-matched and well worth the extra $ when purchasing high end collectibles.

I'm beginning to see that. I'm pretty new to this hobby but it's becoming apparent who the best company to order from is with a great customer service. Which you are correct, is very important with how much we pay for these.

From what I mostly been hearing (prior to now) is that CSC usually gets their stuff before BBTS, Alter Ego, and so on (except for Sideshow of course). That and the lowest price I could find were the reason for my ordering from them. I think I paid like $250 or $255 (in full-including shipping to Illinois) when it first went up for preorder.

I really hope they don't screw around and get us our orders fast like most have told me.

As for Hawkeye... his preorder is Sold Out at CSC. Did Sideshow get and ship theirs out already? I'm not into Marvel, but their is still a week and a half left in October.

Thanks for the info... I wonder if since I paid for my DX12 in full the 1st or 2nd day it went up for ordering if it pushes me to the front of the pack? I hope so.

Maybe they didn't receive many orders for it... not much buzz surrounding that figure from what I see.
