I really don't like the scowling face plate. The scowl is too extreme, and it doesn't look all that much like Bale.

A quick pic to show the size of the eyes of DX12 compared to 89 Bats. Big googly eyes on DX12....the large painted pupils on it also contribute to the googly appearance. The shape of the 89 eyes are more accurate to Keaton as well. Sorry, didnt have time to match the PERS position between the two. Besides, they're both misaligned to varying degrees.

Another way to look at it....Keaton is stoned and Bale is wired.

DX 12 eyes do not look straight at all...........it's hard to believe they are that big! Must have seen Selina shed that Catwoman outfit..!

I snapped off a few quick pics while it was still on my desk.

It has the DX02 boots and cape....'cause I hate the DX12 cape (too stiff) and boots (they look like loafers/clogs).

Also using the DX02 gaunlets...forget I had them on while flipping stuff around.

I did mod the neck to make it a bit shorter by splitting it open & removing the plastic grommet.

With a little work you can get it to photograph nicely (using lots of shadows & tilting the head down)...but you can just as easily make it look like Claire Danes is wearing the cowl.

How does the gauntlets fit? any mod needed? does it make the overall look better without the elbows sticking out?

Oh and are the DX02 boots affecting the DX12 body?

should see if the mouths pieces of the dx02 fit on the new bats .
