The only complaint I have is the cheap way they went on the carbon for the legs, the top have looks awesome!, looks like they just gave up on the legs... Could have at least painted them like the 02.....

I'm a bit torn regarding this figure. He looks really good, but I already have the DX-02. As a casual fan of the Noland films, I don't know if I need two versions of Batman in the same suit even if this one's an improvement.

You should keep both one for the bat pod, one for the tumbler and you will need one for the bat Lol

See, this was the route I was going but having the Tumbler and TF Batman posed with it, I don't feel posing Batman with it does anything to increase the display/enjoyment of either items.

No plans to mod the elbows. mightr buy a second pair of gauntlets to play with when they're available at TA or MonkeyDepot depeding on how much they cost.

but here's a quick phone pic of a pair of gloves I modded by taking off the wrist strap. as you can see it really doesn't help lower the elbow pads at all but does look pretty nice from the front me thinks

Please let us know you did this? I hate that this figure carries the The Dark Knight Rises logo but the cloves aren't accurate to this movie but as they to the Dark Knight movie. If you know what I mean. Plus the gloves don't move as freely. Thanks in advance.

@skywarp. Whats painted in the figure? Its just black rubber. If your talking about the carbon fibre parts thats just on the knees which they have put in..


was looking at some pics of the real costume. and that gap is there aswell XD all the moaning for nothing. besides the figure can be adjusted to cover it too.

Anyone tried fitting dx12 into the batpod? Or have reference pics?

I cant seem to do it despite the bending and forcing. The rubber thingies on the belly and the shoulder pads are preventing

Here he is at the most bent position without straightening itself :

I've heard that the very first New Costume TDK release from way back fits the Bat Pod best. True? I always held on to it for that reason.

he's not gripping the right handlebars for a start, his arms go into the silver arm protectors and he lies along the batpod. Google some images and you'll get the idea

You just put the clips in at an angle then once in, push down. Not that hard. Took less than 5mins to do

Surly he can be made to look more natural on the Batpod than this...

I'm sure the DX 12 can fit on the pod, just needs to be worked at. But I still have the V1 TDK suit, sitting on the pod since I got it, and it looks awesome. With the wired cape clip and all

Wasn't the whole point of this figure (the DX12) to have better articulation than the previous versions? that's pretty lame of HT to do a TDK Batman and not to be able to use the Batpod which was made for TDK in the first place and not Catwoman . What the heck is wrong with HT it is called Batpod not Catpod FAIL!!!!

What are those scratches on Bats thighs? are they scuff marks just from sitting on the Pod?
